The whole Bill Hansen team and Sandra Perez in particular truly rock. Sandra took us A to Z, was incredibly transparent about pricing, and the whole team did everything they promised on wedding day and more.

The best thing about the Bill Hansen approach is that it's a one stop shop. They did all the rentals, all the food, all the drinks, all the wait and bar staff, all the load in and clean up, and it was just done, on time and with personal attention and care. For example, after the ceremony a waiter brought us a personal platter of every appetizer so we didn't miss out on anything while we did photos and talked to guests.

And everything from the tables and chairs to the plates, food and drinks is customizable. They have a great showroom and tasting space at Villa Woodbine where you can go through everything and take your time to get the look and tastes that you want.

The team was incredibly responsive, and all the guests loved the food (as did we). They accommodated a variety of rather complex allergies and dietary restrictions (veggie, vegan, nut allergy, dairy allergy, gluten free, and combinations of above). In short, can't recommend them enough. Thanks for making it such a special day Sandra!

Three months before our wedding, we were informed by the caterers we'd hired that, because of Covid issues, they could no longer properly staff our event. They suggested we contact Bill Hansen's company to step in -- and we were extremely fortunate to be able to work with them.

Chef Dewey Losasso was able to match virtually all the food choices we originally asked for, while adding his own creative touches. He was able to even add some new appetizers to our preferences while offering multiple entree choices, each one better than the other!

Event manager Ashley Herrera was an absolute dream to work with, walking us through every step to make sure all aspects of our food service were what we hoped for.

After the wedding we heard only highest praise from our family and friends about how beautifully all dishes were presented and how delicious the food was. Bill Hansen catering exceeded all expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for catering excellence for their special occasion!

I’m going to miss my weekly talks with Sandra at Bill Hansen. I would give her a million stars if I could. Sandra was our first vendor contact planning my daughter’s wedding in Miami. Since we are from California we needed to find someone that we really trusted. Sandra basically referred everyone of our vendors that we used the (“A Team”:) We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Since I didn’t have a bridal consultant in the beginning she basically was on speed dial/text with me answering every random question I had. In the beginning I didn’t have high expectations for “wedding food” as long as it was good I would be happy. I can’t even count how many people came up to me during and after the wedding and said the food was amazing, the best they have EVER had at a wedding! What a bonus!! Her team worked so hard from start to finish, not only was the dinner amazing but the late night snacks were over the top. Every single male guest thanked us for them lol

Bill Hansen is by far one of the best catering companies I have had the pleasure of tasting and working with. Their food is delicious and it showed through my guests' clean plates. We are very happy that we chose to work with Bill Hansen catering for our wedding. I always knew their food and service was great, but we still looked at other options to find the best price. At the end of the day, the difference in pricing was not by such a large amount. Their quality and professionalism is the reason I feel they are a 5-star company. A year prior to our wedding I contacted Ashley, the event producer. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She came to visit venues with us and show us what Bill Hansen has to offer. They are truly a total package when it comes to making your wedding day perfect and flawless! After postponing our original wedding date due to schooling, I didn't contact her again until a year later when we decided the gap out of school would be a perfect opportunity. The only thing was now we had 3 months to plan the wedding of our dreams. Ashley was so patient with all my changes and requests (and boy did I make lots of changes!). Every week, she was keeping me updating and constantly communicating with me in order to create the perfect menu and reception for us. It's a great feeling to hear from all my guest how much they enjoyed our wedding and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision to work with Bill Hansen

I had scheduled tastings with several caterers, but none came close to the experience and professionalism of Bill Hansen Catering. At first I had wanted to find a small, local shop to support, but BHC just raised the bar at every step. First, BHC's tasting was hosted in a gorgeous venue. The long-time owner, Bill, came out to welcome me even though I was surely a lower budget event for them. The food tasted spectacularly with looks to match. (Seriously I never thought chicken could be so uniquely delicious.) Chef Dewey was awesome. Accommodating, creative, and patient. But the highlight above all was Sandra Perez. She was such an anchor for us during our wedding weekend. Insanely responsive and will do anything to make sure your event goes smoothly. She went above and beyond on the wedding day to keep us fed and help out with other areas that were surely not in her scope. Ok, BHC wasn't cheap, but I love good food and it was so validating to have every guest tell me how unexpectedly amazing the food was. Highly recommend BHC, and especially the power combo of Sandra and Chef Dewey 🙂

We had our wedding at Villa Woodbine and had Bill Hansen Hospitality cater our event. They completely exceeded our expectations and made my husband and I feel so attended to on our day. Our guests have not stopped talking about how delicious the food and drinks were, the service was for 118 people and they executed everything very smoothly. From our very first conversation with Eden, Brad and I felt completely at ease. The entire planning process was seamless from the tasting to selecting florals to booking the DJ--the full-service team had us feeling like we were well taken care of. On the day of the wedding, we couldn't stop gushing over how my Pinterest page became our reality. The operations team is incredibly attentive to the guests, and most importantly to us, ensuring we had a moment to indulge alongside our loved ones. The food was phenomenal! The party was so fun, and we can't thank the Bill Hansen Catering staff enough for making it so enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend and 100% would use again for any future event.

We found Bill Hansen Catering because a friend used them for their wedding at one of their locations, Villa Woodbine. Our wedding was at the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens and Bill Hansen catered and provided all furniture and catering staff. From day 1 working with Sandra she was responsive, flexible as we changed plans and set on providing fantastic service. From our first tasting we were overwhelmed with how good the food was! Usually the food at weddings isn't necessarily the highlight, but our guests continue to comment to me how fantastic the hors d'oeuvres and dinner was. The servers as well were very attentive and safe with the pandemic-- they all test before events and wore masks during the event. I highly recommend booking with Bill Hansen and working with Sandra to make your wedding as magical as ours was!
