Bill took us out on his skiff to one of the far-flung Keys where we paddled along the shoreline and into mangrove tunnels and secret lagoons for around 3 hours. It was very leisurely and even a novice could manage this trip. Sadly we didn't see any Sting Rays but did manage to get up close and personal with young Nurse Sharks, Lemon Sharks, Barracuda, Tarpon and hundreds of other smaller fish and birds. Bill is very knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly and I'd definitely recommend one of his tours. You won't know exactly where you're going because he doesn't know until he's half way there as he's scanning the clouds, tides and waterline to give you the best, tailor-made trip the conditions that day will allow. One of the highlights of the Florida Keys.

Bill is amazing. Anyone who has lived in the Keys for 30 years who still gets excited about finding birds and sharks and turtles is the absolute perfect guide. Bill is that person. A leisurely, unhurried day on the water...seeing the mangroves and wildlife much closer and from a different perspective. Bill was super-informative and I learned a great deal. Don't do this if you want to go fast or are in a hurry. We also found ourselves picking up trash and debris after being inspired by Captain Bill!

Captain Bill gave us a truly memorable day on the water, it was absolutely the highlight of my trip to the Keys. I went skydiving the day before and while that was also pretty incredible, if I had to choose just one activity I would choose the kayak tour every time! His extensive knowledge of the area was evident, we saw a wide range of wildlife and got up close views of the mangroves that you can’t get any other way. 10/10 experience, I would recommend it to anybody and hope to go again!

Joined a couple and there friend on a 3 hour paddle at No Name Key with our guide Chris. Very knowledgeable about the history and biology of the area. Went through a mangrove tunnel, very challenging(duck!), to an interior lake. Would never have found my way out by myself. All mangroves seem to look alike. Good planning on Chris's part. We got the wind and current on the way back and a nice sunset.

Don’t expect too much customer service here, unless we just went on a bad day. We paid and were told where to find the kayaks. We were shown a map (take a picture with your phone) and told how to find the mangrove tunnel. It’s marked with an old white ball hung from a branch. It takes about 30 mins to get through the tunnel. Once on the other side I advise marking the location on your map app on your phone if your are directionally challenged. You have to go back out the same way you came in. Also, I would recommend bringing a waterproof watch. This isn’t a trip for beginner kayakers but also not super advanced. It’s worth any hassle for sure though. I definitely recommend this for any experienced kayakers. I would have given 5 stars if there was any level of costumer service at all. This rating is only based on my kayaking experience. I would give the equipment and service 2 stars.

Our guide was the owner - Capt. Bill and he was the best! We took the 3 hour kayak tour through the mangroves around Big Pine. Bill is very knowledgeable, passionate and nice. Be sure to take time in your vacation for this tour.

My wife and i saw some amazing wildlife kayaking along and into the mangroves. The current going under the bridge was a nice challenge. I thought the mangrove area would have had larger access area but we enjoyed the little loop. The service taking off and landing was nonexistent but we figured it out ourselves. Baby sharks, rays, fish, and jellyfish were the highlights. Solid fun experience! Bring water and sun protection!
