Stumbled across Big Machine from the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, and I was really impressed. I took the tour and the tasting and Sue was an amazing tour guide! She went through the history of the distillery, the changes, and went over the entire process of making the vodka, whiskey, and bourbon. It was awesome to taste everything they offer. I will definitely be back!

During our initial visit to this establishment, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of bringing our newly turned 21-year-old daughter. The quality of the spirits was truly impressive, and Kenzie left a lasting impression on us. Her exceptional service went above and beyond, ensuring our visit was truly memorable for our daughter. We are already looking forward to returning for another excellent experience!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our tour with Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable and had some
wonderful insights into the product and the entire process. Highly recommend doing the tour if you have the opportunity. We will be back to do the tour again with friends.

I wish I could give Kenzie and Hailey more than 5 stars. I cannot begin to tell you what a bad day I was having feeling homesick for a decent winery with views. We were headed home and just happened to drive by this HUGe sign that said distillery and I turned the car around.

We arrived an hour before close and protocol states that they can’t serve cocktails an hour before they close, but they were happy to do a partial tasting for me which included my pic of three items. My SO tried three different things than me and it was just as wonderful as the staff.

We had no idea that this little slice of heaven had so much to offer and will be back! Not only did both employees walk me through the tastings but gave us recommendation last of their TWO other facilities! We can’t wait to visit them all! Thank you both so much for being great and thank you Big Machine for your tasty offerings! Be well until next time 😊

All was good but the guy Alex did not tell us that the tour was $25 a person. So that was high for not that long of a tour. I only found out what we were charged because i went to the website. If he would have said you want a tour and said it is $25 i would have said no. It was just a stop for us so my daughter could get her stamp on her passport for the whiskey trail. So be aware if you dont go to the website.

It’s a short tour but you are there for the tasting anyway! Trinity our guide was laid back and quite knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. Took me through the tasting samples and explained each. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms.

Go up
