I got married last May and we had our reception at Biagio and were not disappointed! From the first appointment a year in advance to the reception, it was a fabulous experience! The sales team, primarily Zaneta, was so easy to work with, she was responsive and extremely knowledgeable about things we hadn't even thought about!
We used the two formal banquet rooms and they were transformed to an elegant wedding reception.
The food was delicious and service top notch! Our guests are still commenting on how perfect the meal was, especially the filet!
The cake from the Cake Institute was delicious with both yellow/ chocolate and red velvet and looked beautiful! The nominal up charge for red velvet was so worth it!
We were extremely pleased from start to finish and would highly recommend Biagio for weddings and other private events! Bravo!

I'm a wedding photographer and have taken photos here a few times. I've mainly shot in their small room with the brick exposed and think it is a very nice space if the lofty look is the vibe you are going for. I have attended an event there in the bigger banquet hall style as well. The staff has always been nice and the food is good too. Great location that is easy to get to.

I booked my dad’s 60th Birthday here and I will never book here again or recommend this venue. They booked two events (a birthday and a wedding) right next to each-other and we can hear the wedding music loud and clearly in our room. We had to turn off our music for dinner because it was so loud and our guests were complaining.. . We asked the staff if it will be like this all night and they were very rude and rolled their eyes at us giving us no solution. If they told me prior that I would hear the music from the other room, I wouldn’t have booked this venue. As a host, I couldn’t even enjoy my meal because it was stressing me out and I can feel the irritation from the staff. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how rude the staff and management were. This was not a cheap event and it’s frustrating that they would book two events next to eachother to make money in our expense.

I hosted a birthday here and would not consider this venue in the future due to it being Saturday night and being in a room that was separated from a wedding with a crappy partition. The wedding music was so loud I felt like I was at the stranger's wedding and I had to turn off my own music during dinner. When voicing my concerns to the staff and manager, I was told "well you weren't here at time of booking, it was your mom that paid the deposit." Well my mom wouldn't have paid the deposit if she would have been told the music would overpower ours. Although food was lukewarm, it was good but they don't offer carry out boxes like other restaurants. When kindly asking the waiter if he could possibly ask the wedding dj to turn down the bass, he walked away while rolling his eyes...Oh. They also offered us a 20% discount for an upgrade but then charged us that exact amount in service charges. And the $300 valet charge was mandatory. If you think of booking here, just don't.

Biagio Events was the first and only reception venue we looked at, and it was absolutely the right choice! It offers all the convenience of a banquet hall while having the aesthetics of a modern loft space (Michelle/Caroline rooms). We knew we didn't want the hassle of booking a million vendors, so it was so great that our food, drink, cake, decor, and lighting were all through Biagio's. We worked with Zaneta, who did an amazing job walking us through our food and decor options. Pricing was always clear and transparent, and Zaneta helped us add on a chocolate fountain and late-night bites so we would meet our food minimum (and our guests LOVED these add-ons). Everything looked beautiful, and our guests keep saying that they've never been so well fed at a wedding. The servers and bartenders were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!

My family threw me a surprise birthday party here and the venue didn’t let us know that we would be able to hear the wedding next door the whole time. I wouldn’t not book this place again or recommend to anyone

I attended a wedding on 09/30/23 Maria was the bartender. The reason I am here is because i thought she was extremely rude. Not once did she smile or greet us or thanked us. She was not customer service friendly at all. Towards the end she limits everyone to a two drink person and that fine, but she decided to take it upon herself to just tell me I couldn’t have anything else.. she didn’t not look happy to be there which was really upsetting me. She didn’t look happy when attending to people on the hall. If that was my wedding I wouldn’t have been happy with the way she treated MY people. That’s just not ok. Someone needs to have a convention with her to figure out wether she really enjoys what she does or not because from what me and all my party felt is that she does not. Talk to he
