Excellent management and decent rooms. Service is quality here, and rooms are very clean. Breakfast offered a variety of options including pancakes. Pool and whirlpool were open and decent. Overall a great choice of in the area.

Positive: Our room was very clean which is extremely important. Negative: The breakfast was very disappointing. The single ice machine was broken. A pancake maker was plugged in and lit up but broken. The eggs were reheated too many times. The muffins were as hard as a rock.

No elevator and I'm handicapped. So I could have a room for one night, and MAYBE the second in another. THEN JOSEPH E STARTS TAKING PHONE CALL BEFORE TRYING TO FIX ISSUE . Said mgr not available but found someone to talk to in the office..........

Nice hotel for the area with updated finishes (updated in 2012). Easy check in and check out process. Large king rooms. My only complaint is that the bedding smelled musty but we visited during the off season (Nov).

I stayed at the Best Western in Chilton this week with several grandchildren. We were visiting family in town. We brought in pizza and ate in their dining area. The kids had a lot of fun playing together in the pool. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. A warm breakfast of pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes were a welcomed treat. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.
I will definitely be coming back.

4th time staying at the hotel. Rooms are clean and roomy. Maid service is good. Enjoy staying here. Not sure if there was an ownership change, but the breakfast declined from our prior 3 visits. We stayed 4 nights and most food items weren't restocked. Clerk said they restock one time per week on Thursdays....not something you'd expect to hear. Some constructive suggestions: 1) could you modestly vary the hot breakfast items during the week. It seems to be the same 3 hot items every day during the 4 years we've been coming. 2) could you restock empty food items more frequently than 1x per week. 3) could you change the bathroom light sensor so that the light doesn't automatically come on. During thr day it's ol, but It's really disorienting to have the bright light automatically turn on in the middle of the night.||I enjoy your hotel and look forward to returning again. Many thanks.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! The hot tub and pool were crystal clear without an overpowering chlorine smell. The room was clean and comfortable and smelled fresh. The bathroom light automatically turned on when we walked in the room which was very nice

I was supposed to have had a ride from Chilton back to Appleton around midnight and my ride flaked. I walked to the hotel and explained to Mitchell the night worker. He was incredible, he was able to give me a better rate since my military discount wasn’t very good. I explained I hadn’t plan on getting stuck there and had nothing with me. He brought me toothpaste and a toothbrush. He really went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and cozy it was a very enjoyable experience made even better by Mitchell. He was a rockstar who didn’t need to do anything, especially since it was 1 AM when I checked it.
