Visited in early April for the weekend, as we were going to Fort at No 4 close by. We have been to this area on multiple occasions yet never stayed at a hotel. So glad we did. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Front desk person Faye, was pleasant and answered all our questions. Room was spotless, Deb was our housekeeper. Breakfast had everything we wanted and more. Anna had it clean, tidy and nothing was out of stock or messy. Enjoyed the pool. Cheers to the wonderful experience will be back again, soon.

We had a great experience! We were having a bit of bad luck but after speaking with Faye that really turned around. Not only was she helpful but so kind and comforting, exactly what we needed to help turn our trip experience right around! Thank you for a wonderful stay and the comfort you brought us. The morning staff was wonderful as well! We were up before normal breakfast and they were so kind and accommodating!

Our family skis at Okemo frequently, and we always stay at the Best Western in Springfield. The hotel is consistently clean, the rooms are comfortable, and our kids absolutely love the pool. The breakfast is a perfect way to start our day on the slopes.

The staff here is truly outstanding! Every time we arrive, Faye at the front desk greets us with the warmest welcome imaginable. She knows us so well that I don’t even need to remind her of our room preferences—it’s like a home away from home. We love staying here and will continue to return!

The hotel is nice and clean, amenities are good- very good size pool, decent gym and a small but functional game room. Breakfast is good . What makes it wonderful is the staff. They go above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. I will come back here with my family.

We stayed overnight unexpectedly when my husband got hurt skiing nearby. The facility was top notch and the staff were very friendly. Michael did an excellent job of making us feel at home. He made sure that we were aware of how to find everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!

The team at this property are incredible, they are not order takers but are able to make a stay better than any luxury ski resort near by. Have been staying for 4 years and worth it! We ski at Okemo and have found that the hotels offerings (pool, fitness, breakfast and REALLY CLEAN!) and the town the perfect combo.

Faye at the front desk was a delight. She truly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She recommended a restaurant perfect for our family. |Hotel, room, pool were all very clean. Breakfast was very nice. Game room a nice addition for kids.|Overall a really great experience! Will stay here again.

I stay at the Best Western often for work. My
Last stay was 2/12-2/13. I signed up a while ago to Best Western Rewards, but didn’t realize my points were not accruing. I spoke with Faye at the front desk. She gave me the phone number to rectify this and asked me to have the agent call her right away to confirm my stays. Literally 10 minutes after my phone call I received a call from the front desk! Faye called to report that I was all set and my points have posted to my account! Faye is a gem! She is very attentive, friendly and always has a smile on her face! I look forward to seeing her when I stay here! Thank you again Faye!
