As a travel agent I have stayed at numerous hotels around the country and around the world, ranging from very primitive options to ultra luxurious ones, and everything in-between. ||My husband and I found ourselves needing a room for one night in Casa Grande, Arizona. I am so glad I selected the Best Western Plus. |The hotel has plentiful, free parking, free WiFi, a small outdoor pool and indoor workout room, neither of which we used. The Best Western Plus is an immaculate, new hotel, with bright, cheerful rooms, nicely and simply decorated, wonderful window blinds which help block the heat but still allows light to flow through the large windows. The air conditioning worked seamlessly and effectively which was necessary in such heat. Beds were comfortable, with ample bed lighting which can switch to personal lighting with the press of a switch if one is reading in bed and one doesn't want to bother one's partner. ||The front office staff were all very efficient and pleasant, offering us a snack plus a bottle of cold water from their pantry upon check in. Sometimes it is the smallest and the simplest of unexpected gestures that are the most gratefully received and appreciated. They do not have elaborate fruit options, but the normal banana/apple and orange selections. ||The free breakfast buffet in the morning offers tasty and healthy options. The yogurt machine and make your own waffle iron plus the elaborate coffee machine elevated the breakfast experience to a level not normally associated with Best Westerns. ||For lunch and dinner options, the Texas Roadhouse restaurant is located in the same parking area as the hotel, with many other dining options, mostly fast food, near by. Many restaurants are closed Sundays and Mondays in this area. ||Yes, this hotel charges a higher rate than others in Casa Grande but to us, it's well worth the money. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and know we will be back.

Edited to add that the reservation was under my husband’s name…. Same last name.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a larger-than-usual refrigerator. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room. Although the towels were a bit worn, they were soft and unstained, which I appreciated.
The breakfast was hot and tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the coffee machine, which allowed me to choose from a variety of espresso-based drinks on demand. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The lady managing the breakfast area was unresponsive and seemed more interested in her phone than assisting guests. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again.

Great location (close to I-10), well-equipped fitness room, swimming pool also available. Great breakfast, but there could've been more vegetables.
Moreover, the staff is super polite and helpful. I'll definitely visit this hotel when I'm around.

A recent overnight stay was a first at this particular BW property. It is usually much more expensive than similar hotels in the area which is why my GF and I have always stayed elsewhere on our occasional overnight stays in Casa Grande, but I was rewarded a free night's stay as a BW Rewards Platinum Member so we decided to finally stay at this BW on this trip.||||Upon arrival we could immediately see why this property was always more expensive.||||Since this property is only a few years old, we probably shouldn't have been surprised by it's modern design and decor, but it was very well maintained and immaculately clean which speaks volumes about the management and staff. There is ample parking and secure entrances/exits on all sides of the building which makes it convenient no matter where your room is in the hotel. It is close both close to the I-10 and many dining establishments. The Texas Roadhouse is just a walk across the parking lot.||||The breakfast is better than average for a BW both in selection and quality. The attendant was friendly and kept the food area clean.||||It is due to all these positives that make it especially disappointing that we can never stay here again.||||While walking to our room, we noticed the placard on the door handle requesting that the room be serviced which was a red flag. As I opened the door, I saw that the bed was indeed unmade. Then, to my horror, I saw an open suitcase on the luggage rack. I don't know if anyone was actually in the room at that moment and I wasn't sticking around to find out.||||When I reported it to the front desk clerk she asked me MY name even though I just showed her my ID not five minutes before and she said there's not supposed to be anyone in there to which I replied, "but there is someone in there". She came back with "I know, I heard you." Very rude.||||When we finally got a new room and key, it was only then that she apologized for the mistake.||||Now, in all the years I've stayed at hotels/motels, I've NEVER been given a key to a room that was occupied. This raised serious safety and security concerns. This incident could have been very embarrassing at the least and very dangerous at worst. We kept both our inner locks engaged during our stay and I made sure to accompany my GF back to the room if we were both out at the same time.||||I get that mistakes happen, but it is the staff's responsibility to ensure that mistakes such as this don't. I wouldn't NOT recommend staying here, just proceed with caution

This hotel is very clean and even smells like a beautiful spa. ||||Pam and Terese are so helpful, friendly and professional, providing outstanding service. ||||Breakfast has a good variety of items, is fresh and very good. ||||Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

While there are other good hotels in town, we opted for this one because it was only 2 years old. We realized that it was quite a bit more expensive than others in the area, but were hoping for a nice stay. Lobby area is very cold-looking, with the breakfast area right in the lobby as you walk in the door. Area filled with tables with upturned chairs on top. Not much to decorate the area or make in more comfortable, even though it was near Christmas. ||When we entered the lobby, early evening before 6;00pm, there was no one in sight. We stood at the reception desk for 13-15 minutes trying to be heard by calling out and tapping on the counter. After a long wait, a young girl came out from the back. Not very friendly, but at least she finally showed up.||When we checked out there was discrepancy in the price. Same girl checked us out, possibly she was new and just lacking skills and courtesy. ||The rooms were very sterile looking with little decor, but they were very clean. The breakfast was merely adequate. At the same time, i want to give credit where credit is due. There was good lighting, with an extra reading light at each side of bed and more than sufficient electrical outlets.|| All good things, but it takes quite a bit to overcome poor service. In my opinion, hotel is overpriced and not a good value for your money.

Great location for a layover driving back home to California. The staff was amazing, caring. Beautiful new hotel, large rooms, bright n happy. Walk-in shower is a plus.
Speciality coffee maker worked then went out. Told new ones coming. Breakfast was ok coffee tasted like water.

The walls are super thin, so if you want to hear everything you're neighbors and that people in the hallway are doing, this is the place. I was glad the TV show the guy next door was watching ended by 11pm, but the person hacking up a lung was pretty annoying.
The room was clean, so that was good. One of the towels was ragged and frayed on the ends. The shower floor was really tacky and I almost fell on it.
