I’ve stayed here many times over the last 8 years. Never had a problem. But just FYI - they change the rate on rooms if more than 1 person is staying in it. Make it make sense.

This location has lost my business in the future over this “policy”.

Grand Junction CO to St Louis MO with daughter and granddaughter age 3. A trip I’ve made many times, but this time we needed an indoor pool at a dog friendly motel. This was it. We were delighted. Renovated bath. Clean and fresh linens. Lots of pillows in a variety of textures. Pool doesn’t close until 10 pm, so we didn’t have to be anxious about getting there in time to swim our little girl to help her sleep after a long car ride. Fantastic lawn with trees to walk the dog. No trash anywhere! Great parking lot lighting-our car was packed full and we didn’t have worry about security. Decent breakfast. Good coffee. 4/5 stars for some details of renovation and maintenance that could be easily caught up. Overall, recommend!

I have been to stay several times. Kudos to Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & Suites Burlington for providing exceptional service and a comfortable stay. The rooms were pretty run down. In the first room they gave us, the sheets were dirty. In the second and final room they gave us, the shower didn't work well. The room looked dirty and needed maintenance. We went to the swimming pool, but it smelled sour, and it was pretty run down. There was a lady in training at the front desk who was very nice. The woman (they had no name tags) training her was not very nice and lied about having other rooms available to move us to. (The man at the front desk at check out did tell us that there were several empty rooms - he was very nice)

Pro: Newer BW. well maintained. Very clean, excellent grounds, excellent dog walk area. Spacious room, Bfast good. Quiet, easy access to freeway.

Con: Pillows too "fluffy", no substance. Need to have at least one firm pillow:

Older hotel but has done it's best in updating the rooms. Great lighting in the bathroom. No USB ports for charging electronics. Little sound buffer between rooms. There are not a lot of lodging options in Burlington, CO. and this will be one of the better choices. Most travelers would be staying for on the road overnight lodging. If you stay here and are looking for a great place to eat, try the Dish Room in town.

We checked in as tired travelers tonight. Noah at the front desk was exceptionally patient and understanding. Noah went over and above to help us out. We could not be more pleased with the service. Rooms and property are clean and comfortable as well. Thank you.

This BW is old and outdated. The room was very dated and had an odd odor which was attributed to prior occupants having a dog. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The carpet throughout the hotel was dingy.
The fresh fruit was old and locally sourced.
I do not recommend this BW.
