Everyone was very nice and professional during my stay. Breakfast was always hot and ready. Room was clean. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The exercise room was very nice.

My only complaint about the room is the desk chair which was very worn and should be replaced. Also, the pool is permanently closed and looks like it has been closed for a while.The breakfast was adequate for a motel in this price range.

The location was a challenge as the motel is not at a traffic light, and it's difficult to get onto the busy main road if you are heading west into downtown St. Charles.

Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again the next time I am in St. Charles visiting family..

This Best Western is a dump. It had filthy carpeting in the halls and rooms, the rooms smelled like food and urine. It was so disgusting and unclean we did not stay. We were there for a family gathering and 6 rooms were NOT going to be used here. Filthy and Best Western should close this place down.

This place is a $h!t hole. Hallways smell like a lived in apartment. The pool has been closed for at least a year with all the weed growth. Our shower head was shooting everywhere and when reported to the night staff, they said they had reported it to management two months prior. The rooms are dirty. The staff was rude when my wife asked them to unlock the "24 hour" gym at 6am in the morning. Having left with our hotel room door shut, when we returned from going out to breakfast our door was wide open and no staff was in sight anywhere within the building. Who knows how long anyone could have came into our room to rummage through our stuff.||I would highly recommend any property but this one regardless of price. This one isn't worth whatever price they charge relative to any "lower grade" hotel. Avoid this place for your own good!

Old building but rooms are big. Pool was not working. Drinking water fountain in the gym was not woking. Breakfast is just ok.
Location is good and the price is reasonable.

I liked that there was no carpet in the room. Air conditioner was pretty noisy. Towels have seen better days (yellowed). There is a group of water tower painters that stay here for months at a time. Every evening they were gathered in the parking lot drinking alcohol and playing games. They weren't overly loud, but they did block parking spots by our room. They were outside until 10:30 or so each evening. When I reserved the room online I had requested a quiet room. That request was ignored apparently. Breakfast was just okay. Second morning the bacon tasted off, maybe old? Price was right, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Booked 2 rooms and Stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived, we requested to be on the ground floor and the staff member at the service desk was extremely accommodating and friendly.

I would personally classify this place as a motel. The photos posted by the company are either inaccurate or very out dated.

The rooms were okay and the beds were comfortable. It’s a Good enough to stay for a decent price. If you are very lavish then this place is not for you. Having said that, I would stay here again if I’m ever in St. Charles.

The continental breakfast was pretty basic. Not the worst I’ve had, but it served its purpose.
