I've stayed numerous times recently.
Staff has always been friendly & helpful.
Rooms are nice, clean, and quiet.
Some wear & tear is apparent thou, but I'll assume it'll be addressed in the future.
Central location to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Simple clean rooms. The hotel has an eatery/ bar attached. Food is nothing special and very expensive. Bar seating full of older men being catered by an over the top female bartender doing her sultry thing. Not recommended to sit there with your male companion.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. The hotel is older, however it has that comfortable feel. We were only there one night but will be going back again because there are a couple things we want to explore in that area. It is very convenient to have a restaurant directly connected to the hotel lobby.

We come several times a year to enjoy time with our family. Everyone from the front desk, wait staff, bartenders and house keeping have been great and pleasant. The hotel is always booked and something fun is always going on in the bar area.
Just wish they would start updating the rooms. Towels, sheets, bathrooms, beds and decor. Starting to show some wear.

Great short stay for family! Family & POC friendly. We called in saying we would be coming in after midnight from a long drive & front desk was accommodating & quick when we arrived. Complimentary breakfast was great as well, you could take it to go up to your room or sit at the tables. The waiter was great/friendly. My family & I will definitely be coming back when we pass through.

Three families were in town for the Easter weekend and stayed at the Green Valley Best Western. Staff was very helpful with late night check ins. Rooms were good sized, clean, and beds comfy. Everyone commented on how good the breakfast was. Thank you for providing an enjoyable and safe stay for our families.

The hotel was clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. My only knock is they could use one more elevator on the opposite side of the hotel. A lot of walking. But loved our stay. We will be back.

I hope that the things I saw were flukes, but then again.. Let me say that it wasn't until I woke up at 4am that I realized I might have made the wrong choice of where to stay. I saw more than one roach scatter when I turned on the light in the bathroom. So now I'm concerned about my belongings in the room. I'm not ready to take on freeloaders. In my panic I accidentally caused the towels to fall into the open toilet bowl and as clean as it may look there was no way I was going to use them after that. So when I saw a cleaning staff in the hall I asked for some replacement towels. Im not sure if she had her coffee yet or what, but she was possibly the rudest person I ever met. I can't think of her name right now, but it will come to me. Anyhow after she went on about how I better not be thinking that I can make off with some free towels with my "excuse" as to why I needed more, she hesitantly gave me some. How rude is your cleaning staff and is the person in charge allowing that behavior? I got showered and got my belongings out of the roach motel ASAP. The only redeeming part of the whole experience was the continental breakfast. I'd go back just to eat there, but to stay, no way.
