Hello! I recently returned from a week in Barcelona, Spain planned by Kirsten. This was a milestone birthday trip for me including multiple people and I needed it to be executed flawlessly. Everything went as planned from private pick up and transport to the hotel, our accommodations, the tours, the activities, overall guidance and transport back. During the planning period, I had a few people drop out, and then added a person which required planning changes including a hotel switch, room changes, and updated activity reservations. It was all handled smoothly without any stress on my end. We received a high level of service while abroad and tried out a few of the recommended restaurants as well. The app worked well in keeping all documents and confirmations in one location for easy reference. I highly recommend Kirsten for all of your travel needs.

This is the second time I have used Kirsten to create and organize my dream vacation, and I can’t emphasize how wonderful she is
to work with. She helped to arrange stays at the most luxurious places in the heart of where we needed to be. And then set us up with some fascinating and knowledgeable tour guides. She also coordinated the arrival of other family members and their itineraries to match up with ours. Her meticulous coordination and attention to detail for transfers between cities-including drivers that actually walked us to our train- or guided us though a challenging foreign airport, or greeted us with a sign with our name on it when we arrived, was such a huge comfort when we were traveling abroad to a location we didn’t know- especially when in a non- English speaking country.
Her ability to understand what our travel goals included, and then be able to use her unique expertise to expound on that helped turn our trip abroad into a magical, once-in-a-life-time experience.

We recently returned from what can only be described as a magical trip to Italy, and I want to sing Kirsten’s praises. It was the trip of a lifetime for my husband and I, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and his 65th birthday, together with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. After learning everything on our wish list, as well as the hurdles we were hoping to avoid due to mobility issues and health challenges, Kirsten put together an amazing itinerary for our group. Every little thing was taken care of in advance – hotels, tours, transportation, tickets, etc. All we had to do was show up and experience it all!
