Sadly, I have to give it a 1 start to write a review. Let me start off by saying that the owner has the worst customer service ever! Their was no way i could speak to her without getting a nasty attitude from her. I let her know that when i searched up dolphin cruises, Best dolphin cruise on Perdido Key came up as 11715 Chanticleer Ct, Pensacola, FL 32507 for the address and she immediately started raising her voice and saying “no where on my website should say that address.” If it shouldn’t say that maybe she should change it. As soon as i asked for my money back she even got more rude. I asked for my money back because for one, me and my family don’t live in Alabama and we weren’t going towards the address that she sent me, and second, we weren’t going to make it on time. I let her know that and she insisted that i need to get there and that i will have enough time to get there on time. She let me know she has a strict 24 hour policy, which i understand but also she should've understood that her address on here is wrong. After a couple of minutes i called back and asked if their was any way to move the time a little further in the day that way we can make it on time and she said “no, sorry.” That was honestly aggravating because my husband paid for 7 people and the least she could have done is just move the time a bit further. The experience with just talking with the owner was horrible and i would never ever recommend anyone to go there.
