My cell phone needed service twice in the last month. Our carrier couldn't help at all! And they sold it to us! We tried the great Geek Squad at Best Buy in Fox Point.The first time we were waited on by Zion and the second time it was Marsh. Both guys were very smart and super nice! Best Buy is lucky to have them! We were very pleased with the service we got from them.

Clean, well organized, plenty of parking and easy to get to. Plenty of electronics, great name brands. Prices are in line with most retailers. I just love brick-and-mortar experiences..see, touch, and use items before you spend your hard-earned money.

I bought a tv off of the Best Buy app to pick up in store. I went to the TV section and wandered around looking for my TV. I passed two employees twice, and they did not offer help. A nice man named Mas, I believe, approached me and offered help. I explained what I was doing, and he helped me find the TV. Even though I had already purchased the TV, he still went through the features with me. He also helped me load it into my car. Thank you!

100% of my Best Buy experience was positive. My appliance purchase was a little out of my comfort zone and although in my budget, I felt a little vulnerable. Stephen A. worked with me to resolve every concern. I have no buyers regret; in fact just the opposite. Every contact I had with Best Buy during my entire experience was respectful, professional, and personable. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

After buying an expensive OLED TV, a DVD player, an over the air recorder, and a flat antenna, I continued to have problems getting a signal, or even a clean signal, on my TV and recorder. My old TVs had no problems with this. After the Geek Squad installed the TV, and the sound bar that I got somewhere else, they came twice more, at no charge, to figure out what wasn't working. The experience at the Best Buy store was a very positive one, from the clerk/technicians that served me to the manager who was helpful. My problems with signal/ pixelation was solved and I am one happy customer. My wife and I agree that buying the Geek Squad service contract has come in handy so many times. The only caveat is
that the phone system, and getting through via phone, is near impossible. Overall, the experience was exemplary. Thank you, Best Buy.

I took an elderly friend to buy a new laptop and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived right after opening, so it wasn't very busy. They offered her a wheelchair, but she wanted to walk, so they brought her a regular chair when we got to the computer department. They answered her questions and lent her a mouse to try out with the laptop. We needed some accessories and they gave us some reasonably priced options.
The man who helped us was tall and dark, and I think his name was Mark or Matt. He was super patient and helpful. He was available without hovering.

I’m not usually the type that complains, but I was very disappointed when I went to go purchase my tv at the Brown Deer location. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit the tv I purchased in my car, so I went to pick up my brother’s truck and went back to the store, to pick it up my tv, and they told me that my TV was given to someone else and they had to order another because they were out of stock. At that point I was livid because there was no communication and I took a waisted trip to pick up my tv. Then the sales person told me they would deliver the tv to my house, and I told the sales person I work during the day and I won’t be home until 3:30pm. The delivery driver showed up at my house at 10:30am when I specifically told them the time I will be home. I did cancel my order, and will be purchasing my tv elsewhere.

I had such a bad experience here today. I was sent by verizon with a ticket for a repair that is covered by the insurance on my phone. The geeksquad told me that they did not do repairs for verizon and would not even look at my ticket# or try looking it up. So I immediately called verizon who confirmed I was in the right place and covered for the repair, but could also go to the apple store. Since I was no longer confident in completing the repair with Best Buy and really didn’t want to go back in, I went to the apple store. I didn’t even need an appointment. My phone was repaired in one hour free of charge.
