I went on the “Yosemite in a Day Tour”. It was amazing! The tour guide (Phil) was enthusiastic and kept us entertained with information, music and jokes during the whole tour. He knew all the perfect places in Yosemite for the best views and knew everything about the park. He also had the best tips to take beautiful pictures. The van was also very comfortable with good seats and enough space. It didn’t feel like a long trip at all. On the way to Yosemite we stopped in Oakdale to get some food for the day. During our stay in Yosemite we stopped several times to admire the wonderful views. During lunch you get some time to explore the Valley. Phil gave several options how to spend that time. I chose to eat my lunch at the river side, with my feet in the water and the most beautiful view in front of me. I can definitely recommend this tour. I fell in love with Yosemite during this trip!

This was the absolute best day and a great way to spend visiting Yosemite. Kurt was an amazing tour guide and shared so much interesting information. And for a trip that is as long as it is I can’t believe how quickly the time passed. Thanks for a great day!

We did the day tour to Yosemite from San Francisco with Victor and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Victor really shows how much he loves the area and shares this with everyone on the tour. It was great doing a smaller group experience and the day was paced really well by Victor. While there was a bit of a drive at times he prepared some videos that we could watch along the way about the area. We would highly recommend doing this tour and even better if you have Victor!!

This tour was the best decision we made on our trip to San Francisco! Steven was the best tour guide. He ensured we stayed on time so we got as much as we could during the tour. He knew the best places for amazing pictures (some of which I’ve included in my review). The tour being a small group was perfect - we got to know the others on the tour and it was much easier to keep the tour running on time with the small group vs a larger coach/tour bus. I highly highly recommend this company and this tour guide! You won’t regret it!

While vacationing in San Francisco, we booked a tour to Yosemite National Park with Best Bay Area Tours through Viator. The tour started with a convenient pickup from our hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf. Our guide, Calder Gillam, was fantastic—we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. As we left the city, Calder provided insightful commentary about San Francisco, Oakland, and the surrounding areas. Once in Yosemite, Calder, also known as “Big C,” kept the engaging commentary going. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the park’s history, wildlife, vegetation, and current conditions.

Our small group of 13 allowed for a more personal experience, and we even got to know a bit about where everyone was from. All the other guests shared the same positive feedback about Calder and Best Bay Area Tours. I would definitely book another tour with them!

The Yosemite expedition tour was hands down the best tour I've ever been on! Our tour guide Viktor, truly made it the best experience for our small group. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, funny and made sure we all had water, snacks and everything we needed for our long day trip from San Francisco. I highly recommend this tour.

This was such a great tour! We really enjoyed all of the Yosemite sightseeing and we captured some great pictures!! Steven was a well organized and awesome tour guide and took us to the best spots for pictures and gave us a mini lesson on El Capitan! I appreciated that we stopped by a small pumpkin patch on our way home to get fresh produce to snack on. Overall this was the highlight of our overall San Francisco trip and would definitely book again for other excursions!

The tour was very well organized and it was so nice not having to drive! Our tour guide Trevor was the best! He was very informative, funny, and made the tour well worth it! Would recommend to a friend.
