Very nice rental. This section of 5 points is the newest and directly across from the main pool. Nice, fenced back patio directly across the street from the pool. Upper front deck faces the center of 5 Points and is great for morning coffee. One of the two is always in the sun or shade. Interior is well maintained. The master suite and bath are both very large and well appointed. The two additional bedrooms (all upstairs) are of small to average size for kids or guests and share another good size full bath. Nice collection of DVDs and basic cable for rainy days. It is barely noticeable that the unit is pet friendly, with the carpets being slightly most, presumably from wet / dry vac when we checked in. The garage is just big enough to tightly fit one SUV and no opener was provided. It was handy for unpacking but there is ample street parking on both sides of the unit. Check in and out was fast and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to book the same unit in the future.

We had a great vacation. The house was great ! Lots to do and just enough room. The swimming pool was very nice. Only thing is that we had 10 people and only 6 wrist bands. Wasn’t a problem until last day and was told we should have went to office. Kids loved riding their bikes around the community. The recycled garbage was not picked up so we had it full at departure. Also one more garbage can would be nice. We also had it prefilled at departure. One suggestion for the home would be to add a tv to the other bedroom on a floor. We will definitely be planning on returning next year already !!!

What an awesome place! Beautiful place and a great location. The place was well stocked, charmingly decorated and even had extras like a bike we could use and an extra cot. Great communication from the rental agency and a great portal that has all the info you need. I highly recommend this place and would certainly book it again the next time I visit Lewes.

My family stayed at this property (801 W 4th Street) while gathering with family to celebrate right after the holidays. The house was lovely! We entered and it was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. We were 7 adults and we had more than enough space. The location was great and even though it was chilly we walked to town every day. My sister lives in Lewes and we love it there, so much to do!! The shops, the restaurants, herring point, the beaches. We really enjoyed this home and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lewes!!

Great space for two people and a beach getaway. As advertised. Enjoyed the items available in the home for use. Would enjoy a raised bed, more screened windows, and a rear screen door.

This property is very nice with a great location. The cleaning service could do a better job. I alerted the owner & his response was quick, friendly & he was receptive to the criticism with a plan to remedy the issue. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! The unit looks up the beach onto the bay and the ferry terminal , as well as activity below. The kitchen has everything we needed for preparing lots of meals at “home.” We slept on the fold-out couch since it was next to one of the two sliding glass doors, as the bedroom is in the back. Downtown Lewes is within walking and biking distance.

The house is great. There's plenty of space and very nicely decorated. Nice that there's beach chairs to use and an outdoor shower. TVs (smart tvs) in almost all rooms, would have liked one in the master bed room. The beach is awesome right out back. Negatively there were lots biting flies and stinging jelly fish (neither could be avoided). Maybe it's just because it's the bay. Enjoyed the house.
