Wow! We were pleasantly surprised! Cathy at the front desk was so pleasant and professional. I booked the two bed room suite with a balcony overlooking the beach for a girlfriend’s weekend. The room was clean, furniture was nice, kitchen was clean and well supplied, plenty of towels, and beds were very comfortable. The property was absolutely pristine and quiet. The pool was clean, plenty of chairs throughout the pool/common areas and multiple grills for preparing food. The resort is on the beach and not far at all to walk to the water. We are already planning another girlfriends weekend the this beautiful resort!

The motel is really a few steps from the beach , that makes it's location exceptional. Beach is nice, not exceptional but really nice. The neighborhood is high-end , lots of mansions . Restaurants and stores are very close, by car, crossing the bridge.
Staff is really nice.
The units, more like apartments, have everything, kitchenette, fridge, cookware ...
You get towels, toilet paper.. the standard.. if you need anything you can ask in the lobby, lobby hours are from 10 to 6.
Units are dated, furniture, AC units.. they are dated but they work, once you get that, you will enjoy it very much, nice pool, 3 barbecues , chairs..just a very nice place.

What a great place for our girls trip! The staff was very friendly and let us know they were there if we needed anything. Nick checked up on the guests outside after sunset and made everyone feel very welcome. The resort is old school quaint and well kept up, very clean inside & out. We’re already planning another girls trip there… thank you so much!

A hidden gem! A wonderful location right on the beach. Very quiet and secluded from the busier beaches. Very clean room and comfy bed. Kathy and staff were the best! And mascot Alan was a great addition. I definitely would stay here again!! No complaints🏝️⛱️🌊☀️

Awesome location, beach is lovely, front desk people are sweet. My only complaint is we had to be evacuated due to Helene and have not heard back from them on a refund. Paid for 5 nights and stayed 1. If I get that refund and communication back then I will change service to 5 stars.

Our trip overall was great. The location was amazing! The staff that we encountered were nice. The only thing that we had an issue with, is that the sink in the bathroom was very slow draining so we just used the shower to wash our hands, and the water in the shower was pretty cold. It got luke warm at best. Trying to shower two toddlers in cold water was a little difficult. Other than that - this place is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The most beautiful sunsets on the planet. I love that they have a quiet time at 10pm - it was very quiet at night, other guests were so friendly. It was honestly one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had in a long time! We will definitely be back! We’ve also referred my parents and their friends - I am excited to see what they think.

I forgot to add - here are some of the things we noticed after getting there and we were not prepared - also some of the rules they have. They do not have towels for the beach or the pool. If you need a towel, you have to go upfront and ask for one) they do not have chairs on the beach. You need to bring everything with you. They offer a couple of chairs to take, but they were rusted and broken. No hair dryers or anything, you get those only if you book so many days at a time. It’s very secluded so you have to travel to get anywhere, nothing is within walking distance. Absolutely NO smoking whatsoever. You have to leave the property or you will be charged a large fee (I do not smoke, this is just for smokers who read this review), very small mini refrigerators. You cannot fill your coolers with ice, only small buckets and the office closes at 8pm - so you do not have access to towels or ice after 8pm.

We have been coming here for years and truly enjoy our time. The rooms vary however we love the studio type rooms facing the beach. The service is always amazing from the front desk to the night security attendant, Nick. If I were to nitpick I would ask that more utensils/pots be added to the kitchens and the prices have been a bit high the last few years. Other than that we love our stay and the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

I recently stayed at the Belleair Beach Resort Motel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The location couldn't be more perfect—right by the water, offering stunning ocean views and easy beach access.
