We have been on several wine tours through the years, and this was absolutely the best! Dena picked us up at our Carmel by the sea hotel and carted the four of us to three wineries plus a beautiful vineyard before depositing us back in the afternoon. She had snacks, water, and a yummy lunch at one of our stops. She was very knowledgeable about the area and just super fun to be with! I definitely recommend this tour, and we would definitely do it again if we were in the area!!

We loved our wine tasting tour with Dena! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and we had a wonderful time at each winery. The wine and company at each location were amazing! We will definitely book with Dena when we are back in the area!

We had a great time with Dena on our Behind the Scenes Wine Tour. She was super personable, made planning easy, and ensured that our group had a great time. The staff at each of the wineries were incredibly friendly, and the wines and views were amazing at every stop. She also provided us with a delicious lunch and was happy to accommodate our vegan, gluten and dairy free needs. We couldn't have asked for a better tour!

I would say this is one of my favorite wine tours. The price was affordable, the amenities were great, we got picked up from our Airbnb, food was delicious, and the wine tours were so fun and beautiful! Dena was our wine tour guide and she was super friendly, educational! Our group just had a blast.

There are a lot of wine tours that just offer tasting rooms, but we wanted to also see 3 vineyards and take cute pictures and my expectations were met! Dena would also take us to different pit stop areas, teaching us about how grape were grown and produced. She also took us to a vineyard to where we were able to sample the grapes right from the vine!!! This was an experience I never thought I would get. She is also a grower and a local, so we got a lot of food recommendations.

Wine was delicious, views were fantastic! Would highly recommend to everyone!

Traveled from Philadelphia to Cali with my boyfriend and a college roommate of his for a week vacation going down the coast. We wanted to find a wine tour that would be able to accommodate 3 people, provide the transportation and take us to vineyards.. not tasting rooms. That is when I came across Behind the Scenes Wine Tours. I contacted Dena and explained exactly what was stated previously and the entire day was nothing short of amazing. She took us to 3 different vineyards. The last vineyard was one I recommended prior to the setup since I had come across it while trying to plan a tour. Dena picked us up at our Air BnB right outside of Monterey around 11:30, arrived at our first stop around 12pm. The wines we tasted were amazing and staff was also so friendly. Our second stop was actually a family related vineyard to Dena, where we enjoyed incredible views and an amazing lunch spread that Dena provided. Our final stop was very relaxing. Dena was extremely friendly, knowledgable, helpful and I definitely would book another tour with her if we were to visit again! Thank you for the wonderful day, the boys and I truly appreciate it.
