Becky booked a trip to Israel for me and it was 5 star! The tour was small so we were not jammed in and our tour guide and driver were super! She took care of everything, flight with bags, accomodations....it was easy and she took out all the guess work.

Sign in parking lot in front of the business states see this travel agency for discounted cruises. I went in today and waited my turn. I was waited on by Becky the owner. She asked me what I was interested in and I replied cruises. I told her we were new to the area, I just retired, and we just received our passports. I told her my husband and I wanted to start traveling and wanted to go on some cruises. I did state I didn't like to fly and also I wanted to discuss the lower-cost cruises. I asked how the travel agency got paid if it was commission or fees and Becky stated they receive fees when they book flights and commission on cruises. Becky did not inform me that she had an appointment coming in nor that she could help me but they do usually take appointments. Since I'm new to the area as I expressed to her I was not familiar with their procedures. While I was asking questions about a cruise a gentleman came in and Becky said I have 11 o'clock appointment so we are done. Instead of asking me if I'd like to wait she did ask did I want to make an appointment. By her tone and attitude I got the impression she wasn't going to make a lot of money on me, or so she thought, so she really wasn't interested in helping me. While I was standing up she asked the gentleman that came in the door can I help you and he stated he had just stopped in to get some information about cruises. Apparently he was not her appointment. I turned around and asked if I could have some kind of brochures or information about the cruises since nothing was offered to me she said all she had was last year's brochures but she did order new ones from Carnival and handed me a royal Caribbean booklet. Not impressed at all with customer service or attitude. Very disappointed because I really wanted to have a local travel agent. I don't know if she was discriminating against me because of my age or because I wanted to cruise on a budget. I really felt discriminated against. I gave her two stars because she did give me about seven minutes of her time. Definitely will not go back nor will I recommend this travel agency. If she is the owner and lacks customer service I can imagine how she trains her employees.
