We anticipated nice accommodations based on the pictures. However, it was so much nicer than we imagined! The layout of the studio is very roomy & well appointed. The views are stunning & waking to sites & sounds of the ocean each morning made it very hard to leave. I personally loved the peek-a-boo shades. Each morning is an absolute delight, being able to see the ocean from the bed before opening the shades & sliders. The first night I was a little weary of being able to see in to the studio from the outside with the shades drawn & the lights on. I quickly got over that feeling. My family have been coming up to Cayucos for over 30 years. We have stayed in various homes along the beach. This is the first time being this far on the south end. I have to say we truly enjoyed being away from the crowds. I made this trip with my daughter & we had the best time! I will definitely be returning with my husband.

We have been renting an oceanfront home from Beachside Rentals for over 20 years...I would never consider any other company! They are easy to work with, helpful, very responsive, and all around the best!!! We recently stayed at Family Tides for a summer week...we enjoyed watching whales, dolphins, and seals. Our grandkids played on the beach daily! This Is a great family house and we thoroughly enjoyed our family time there!!!!

We and our three guests just loved Betty's Beach House. It's a cozy and clean place with beautifully landscaped front and backyard. Even though it was December we were able to sit and enjoy relaxing on the patio on a sunny day. We loved Betty's art on the walls. Of course, the closeness to the beach was wonderful! A gorgeous place to take walks as weather permitted. Inquiries were quickly answered when asked by our group spokesperson. As an avid reader the full bookcase in the living room and smaller one in a bedroom was a great asset. We all loved the selection of books, magazines and DVDs. I found a Daphne du Maurier short story I had been wanting to read for sometime. We had a fantastic week's getaway!

This house was perfect for my family! We loved being in the middle of town and just steps away from the beach. Walking distance from everything you need. Check in and check out was super easy. I appreciated the detailed text and email I received a few days before checkin with details on the house and a guide to what was available in town. Amenities were plentiful and as described in the listing. We had a great stay with no issues! Will 100% use Beachside rentals again when we return to the area next year.

The bed was comfortable with the kind of sheets my grandmother used to have. Everything was clean and well supplied. But best of all is the atmosphere. Lots of books that I would love to read, lots of pictures that I would have in my own house. And the garden! Beautiful! with several different places to sit and lounge or eat or gather. The fact that you get to walk through the garden to get from the sleeping unit to the little country kitchen unit is a blessing in so many ways. The two separate areas gives a couple the ability to work or play separately if they needed to. Nice tables in both units. A small kitchenette in the sleeping unit with a sink and small fridge, so you don't have to go over to the kitchen unit if you just want something cold to drink. A 5 minute walk to the beach, a very short drive to town, or you could just walk on the beach to the town. And the town is lovely. just a couple blocks long, filled with fun shops and restaurants. Cayucos calls itself the last funky beach town in California, and they just might be right.

The house was very nice, great location and very well maintained super cute and clean!! Beachside rentals is amazing! So nice and helpful. Always responed very quickly to questions and even came over to help me when i had a small problem! I will always use them to rent homes! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them!! You cannot go wrong using Beachside Rentals!
