It’s kinda an old apartment, but it is a perfect choice for low and median income families. Indeed, the apartment meets all basic needs and it looks much prettier from the inside. Parking is first come, first served, which is convenient. Whenever something goes wrong, they send someone to fix it right away. I lived here 2.5 years and the only problem I had was that someone stole my wheel arch from the car tires. Overall, everything is fine.
The location is a plus, at the crossroad between S 8th Ave and 24th St; moreover, it’s near the Yuma Regional Medical Center, Walmart, and within 3miles away from Yuma Palms Regional mall.

Just signed out second lease. The apartment is a decent size for the cost. the office staff is really nice. I had the luck to get a north facing apartment, that faces the parking lot, so i don't get a lot of noise from the pool or laundry room area (some tenants around that area like to blast music) the laundry room works decently enough. The apartment air conditioner is iffy sometimes the room temperature is awesome, sometimes the air doesn't cool anymore and you have to lower the temperature a degree so the a/c continues to cool. When i moved in, one of the refrigerator drawers was broken, I've told them about it a couple times, someone even came to look at it.. and never did anything about it. however any of the other issues I've had were fixed quickly. The apartment complex has a pest control come in to spray the kitchen and the bathroom every other month. Parking is first come first serve.

I've lived here for 3 years now and Tina and Kathleen in management as well as the staff here have always been extremely helpful. When something needs to be taken care of they get on it. Lovely neighbors, good place to live!

Tina at the office made it a pleasant experience whenever we would stop by. Whenever we needed something, she was always there for us, even after we left. We moved there as a stepping stone towards buying a home. Mission accomplished. Recommended!

i really love my studio. if something is not working properly i call the office and they take care of the problem right away. the lady from the office is very kind and willing to help with good attitud the property is really clean my neighbors are friendly and no drama at all, drug free with security i have no complaints at all .

I really like living here, this is a great place to leave and close to everything at a walking distance. Moving out may 31, 2016. I'm moving out to live with my boyfriend. So great place to live I really recommend for anyone looking for a place to live. Great service. Good staff communication.

I love living here!! Tina in the office is amazing and if there is ever anything that needs to be taken care of it is usually done in less than 24 hours!!
