It seemed like she was more interested in her phone than the office phone. When you look on Google n in the phonebook it still tells you the old number. When we went to apply for assistance there was a totally different number on the door.

Next thing was we had to send her my boyfriend's workman comp paychecks by email. I wrote everything down and she said she'd call us in a little bit if she hasn't received it yet. This is 10:30 am, we went home got lunch n the mail n then just swung back by to see if she got them. 3pm- "no I haven't but I'll be here until almost 4 if you want to try again. So I had my stepdaughter send it AGAIN n low n behold she got the 1 from that morning n afternoon.

Really wish we had another Tammy or Wendy to come back to work here. They made us feel like it was ok to ask for help and not ashamed for it.
