Bought 2 trailers from them recently, great customer service, good communication, I have sent many their way over the years, now it was my time to buy. Good experience overall, will recommend them in the future.

Well, after a hellish week I ended up at my parents to pick up their trailer and take home a couple of horses who had some crazy allergic reaction away from the 500 some acres of pollen haven and get them somewhere they could actually breath again.

Of course, my truck brakes started making a funny noise, oil change place took a look and said everything was fine! I was not feeling like they were fine, and with a broken arm (crushed elbow, actually) and not-quite-2-year-old son to consider, losing brakes while hauling these horses on my own was just not something I was willing to mess around with. So my plans of leaving first thing in the morning were already a little shot.

Thanks to some other amazing folks, my brake pads and rotors (which were not, in fact, fine) were replaced, so my dad and I head to the farm to get the horses. We're backing up my truck and as I'm lowering the trailer, my dad asks, "...what size ball is that?"

Now, being the disorganized fiasco I am, I haven't been able to budge the bumper hitch mount or ball since I bought this truck (used) over a year ago. Calling them frozen doesn't cover it - both the ball and mount are virtually welded to the truck. So, we try the ol' WD40 and get it hot trick. An hour and a half later, we've made exactly zero progress and are both tired from taking turns at the sludge hammer and pipe wrenches. So, after failing to move anything an iota of an inch trying the Jack@$$ inspired "chain around the tree attached to the ball and punch-driving the truck in the opposite direction" trick, we load up and decide to go home and cut the ball off.

Since my dad got COVID, his energy and stamina have been SHOT. As I'm looking over at him, I said, "Dad, enough. We're paying someone to do this". He tried arguing, but I can be quite hard-headed when needed. Finally, he caves and pulls into B&B.

Well, not only is it after 4pm at this point, but half the guys are on the phones or running around already. Dad walks straight back to a guy he's done business with before. Within 20 mins, they have the old ball cut off, new ball on, and my kid is 100% ready for a nap after thoroughly inspecting every lawn mower on the lot.

You'd be hard pressed to find better guys to deal with than the folks here. Good inventory, service is unbeatable.

Hi I would highly recommend taking your trailer wether it is a horse trailer or a utility trailer to B&B trailer sales, I had a glitch with the trailer when I went to pick it up, and the crew went above and beyond to make it right!
