Kristi is incredible to work with. She pulled together a 5 stop Barcelona and Italy trip for 3 people with about 6 weeks before the trip during busy season! She did work with a provider company who plans details for Europe. They were both amazing. We had so many transfers to different cities with taxis, planes, trains and excursions. They didn’t miss a pickup and our excursions and guides were top notch! Kristi is personable, responsive and was always willing to help with any detail. We had the trip of a lifetime and all went so smoothly due to the well planned details! She understood what we wanted and made it happen. Kristi was incredible! Her app she sends for your trip is amazing. Walks you through each day of your trip with what you need to know. I have never had an agent do that for any of my previous trips.
