Very pleasant staff. The rooms are great, when you consider the price and the service, it's an absolute steal. We only stayed one day, and they do require a $100 deposit which will be refunded in 5-10 business days, but it was great! The water in the shower was able to get very hot. They use Dove products in their bathrooms. The free breakfast was amazing, eggs, waffles, juice, sausage, etc.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it was an excellent experience. The food was consistently delicious, and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I've stayed here many times and No Matter what I've always had a great stay, The Front desk associates are always very professional, Courteous, and Welcoming. The rooms are Nice for the price and This Is The Nicest Hotel I Feel In the area. The housekeepers do a great job the rooms are always clean and well maintained. I've NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES with Anyone here. I Recommend this hotel to people traveling it is close to restaurants, grocery store, as well as other department stores in the area . The city bus runs right by here too. The orange park mall is right down the street too.

The front office staff was very nice. However with small children, we had to check out after one night due to the roaches and other small bugs crawling. Hotel really could use a very much needed renovation. I did like the fact that two rooms was turned into one large room. That was great for our family of 5 as it was spacious.

So upon checking in, the first room we were given was very dingy with marked up furniture. The bathtub was not clean and the bed was so soft when I sat on it I almost slid off. The second room was an improvement but still not very clean. There are several nice restaurants in walking distance which was nice but we were concerned about being outside after dark. There was constant noise from the interstate as well constant noise from other guests. We had reservations for three nights but left after the first. Would definitely not recommend!

My baby grandson, threw up on the sheets. They kept my $50.00 room deposit, to launder sheets! Crooks! Do not stay here. ||||I would be remiss in my review, if I didn’t mention the hookers and drug deals, taking place in the parking lot! I will be sure to tell everyone that I meet along the way, that they should not stay at this dump. ||||No shame, in ripping off the elderly!

Bed was okay and lines looked clean, and parking was easy. But everything else in the room was very worn down and not clean, no soap on the sink, breakfast ends at 9 am sharp. No drinking water anywhere, even at breakfast. There were roaches in the room.

Positive: It was affordable and close to where we intended to go. Negative: The room was noisy from the cars on the off-ramp, and neighbors cursing at each other after 12am. We could hear people walking by, talking, and TVs. I got very little sleep. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and breakfast was awful.
