This company doesn't even deserve one star, Xiao He of travel agency is terrible, it's $1780 airline tickets show on the Internet, He sale $1990 and all cash. The guy named Xiao He is really treacherous. So don't go to him to book tickets in the future, this person is cheater.

I just used their service in April, 2017. I purchased air tickets and joined a 10 days tour to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia for a group of 7 in June. First of all, don't expect them to call you or email you with any changes. I received an email stating that my flight plan was changed, but on the day of my departure I found out that it was sent to me by mistake. Luckily, I called them before I headed to the airport becuase I could not electronically checked in my luggages. Then, I found out the email was sent to me by mistake. If I had gone by that email, I would had missed my flight from Myanmar to Thailand. Also, I specically asked about shopping tour and he told me was minimal, but they took us to gem shopping x 2, tailoring shop, latex product shopping x 2 and silk product shopping just to name a fews. Most hotles are average. Foods were average most of the time. Stay a way!

孩子是亲人们的希望……疫情像一面放大镜，黑暗和光明、美与丑都放大给人看。在湾区旅游小何与我们的这些日子的服务中小片段中，我感受到了来自陌生人的温暖。疫情发生以来，滞留海外的学生面临两难的境地。美国疫情严重、学校停课，但回国机票却十分紧缺。我的小孩2021年11月20日购买了12月8日达拉斯直飞上海的航班。然而几天后，疫情形势变化航班被熔断，12月8日的航班不得不被取消。时代的灰落下，所有人都无法幸免。我18岁的小孩留学生或将滞留达拉斯，而哪里是人生地不熟，小孩1个人我们父母非常担心。改签将会造成高票价，住宿的花费，小孩单独在外，新冠肺炎的阴影，重新检测…………等等问题我们家长也无能为力。但是湾区旅游小何和他们的团队一个一个的问题解决好，小何打来电话帮助小孩改签机票，帮我小孩订好酒店，预约好当地的医院上门接送小孩，帮我小孩报告大使馆完成起飞前的申报和获得通行许可，12月8日凌晨1点30分，孩子顺利登上回国的航班起飞，一家人的心终于放下。在此感谢湾区旅游小何以及他们公司后台的同事！！

My child bought a direct flight from Dallas to Shanghai on December 8th on November 20, 2021. However, a few days later, when the epidemic situation changed, the flight was cut off, and the flight on December 8 had to be cancelled. Everyone is not immune from the fall of the times. My 18-year-old child, an international student, may stay in Dallas, and I am not familiar with the place where I was born. My parents are very worried about one child. 心心念念好久的一号公路之旅终于完美打卡，很愉快的一次旅行噢，湾区旅游李导安排的行程非常合理，所有安排的景点都去到啦！每天安排的行程一点也不赶，沿路风景也太好看了，随意拍拍都超级美！车辆很是干净宽敞，湾区旅游李导每天都会给我们准备水，对我们非常细心，讲解也好专业呀！总体下来很轻松愉快，认识的小伙伴也超级好相处，谢谢快帮行给我们安排的完美旅程噢，下次一定介绍更多的朋友来定！

这是一家骗子旅行社，一个星也不值得给。今年3月初的时候我在这里弄中国签证，收我900美元，最后10年中国签证恢复什么事也没有给我办 只退给我140美元。等于是我的护照在他们手里十几天，我损失了760美元，还不包括我来回四次的车费。其中特急费用450美元，告诉我4到5个星期可拿签证。可笑的是3月15号中国宣布恢复10年签证的时候，已经距离我交材料10天，我的护照依然在他们的手中，没有递交到旧金山领事馆 这叫什么特急费。填表费用200美元，所有的表格都是我自己填好发给他们，他们只是帮我输入 并且是14号才急忙把表格发给我看 因为那时候所有人都知道15号恢复10年签证。只要你进了这个店 交了订金 你就是一只待宰的羔羊 朋友们 办事先看店子的顾客的评论是多么的重要 如果我先看到这个店的评论 我不会损失这么多钱

迟来的差评。因为疫情飞机取消，在湾区小河这里买的机票只退了不到30%的钱。不要相信所谓的廉价机票。如果你只能在这买，先提前问好如果改签或者航班取消要怎么退钱。
