This was my first year renting with Rick and it was a great experience! Rick was super easy to communicate with and toured multiple properties with us, IN PERSON! The resident portal website is simple to navigate and paying rent is a breeze. My partner and I have loved living at a great property with a great landlord. I’ve been a renter for a year under this management and they’ve been amazing. So much so that I plan on renewing my lease for years to come! They keep the grounds maintained constantly. The grass is always cut, the bushes trimmed, and during the snowy months, the plow trucks are there early morning. Also, any maintenance request or general inquiries or questions are answered and resolved quickly. They definitely make sure to keep tenants comfortable and happy! I’m lucky to be one of their tenants!

Bassett Property Management has continued to be amazing to work with. Rick was very responsive with my current dryer vent issue. Roger the repair person is great and fixed the issue in a timely manner and did a wonderful job cleaning up after it was done. I am very happy with my experience!

Rick made the moving process a breeze. He was able to answer all of the questions I had due to lack of communication, and never actually getting to meet my previous landlord. I would highly recommend Rick and his team for any inquiries. They are highly responsive and professional. Any worries or anxieties I had he was able to explain at an exempt level. I recommend!
