I could write a book about my positive experiences with B&T. Been a customer for 20 years. From loan officers to front desk affiliates- I am ALWAYS so grateful for my small town bank who understands local small business. They actually care about the relationship we all nurture. It would be impossible to have such personal, business relationship with a mega bank, let alone being able to get your need filled so efficiently. Keep up the great work!

A great bank for small businesses! Rick and his team have been amazing to work with for my businesses along with assisting with business development, best strategies for financing and cash flow, and anything else they can do to help my business succeed. Jodi, Anna, and all the tellers go out of their way to accommodate for change orders, deposits, etc. and always have a smile on their faces. People often ask me what’s the best bank. I can’t answer that question, because I haven’t used all the banks. But I do use bank and trust. And currently they are my favorite. The Chatham branch is incredible. Eric, Shelby and Anna are so quick to help. If you live in the Springfield area and you aren’t using bank and trust. There is a good chance you are missing out. Quit using sub par banks. Personally, I want a bank who knows my name. At bank and trust you aren’t just an account number. You are so much more. You are part of the bank and trust family. So if you are curious and wondering if you should switch to this bank, the answer is yes.

Been a customer for over 13 years and never any issues. Ashley is the pillar of customer service and appreciate all she does. All their associates in drive-thru are friendly and helpful.
My only negative is they could use another branch in Springfield somewhere.....
