Let's be very clear we were forced to leave, it was not a choice, 10 pm at night.

This was not addressed at all. We were forced to leave, we did not want to leave. But the room next to us was throwing a party for hours with extremely loud music. We could not even hear the TV on our own room.

We even left for a couple hours and had dinner and spent some time in the casino.
Coming back to the room and the loud music and party was still going on.
We called the front desk to complain, they sent someone up, but as soon as they left the people in the other room turned the music up even louder and we could hear them laughing about it.
We asked the front desk for another room and they told us the they were completely booked, even though there were open rooms available online for the same night.
Front desk staff did not seem to even care about the situation at all.

This is a disgrace for any hotel that thinks this is acceptable.
We would have preferred to spend the rest of our trip there, instead of leaving that late at night. This was a very rare weekend getaway for us to be together and enjoy ourselves.
This was extremely upsetting for us.

Great location. Casino had great selection of games and was well taken care of. Room was clean and plenty of space. Some of the furniture was a little worn and could use refinishing or replacement

I had fun until I started losing. I love the gifts they give me. I would say they are way better than MGM National Harbor. I ride 2 hours there instead of getting my pocket cleaned out at MGM

Hubby, sister, nephew and I arrived at Bally's around 3:30pm on Sunday. There was already a short line waiting for 4pm check-in along with all sorts of luggage and random bags under the lobby gazebo with quite a few kids playing on the lobby steps. We paid the $25 for early check-in for one of the rooms since hubby was not feeling 100%. Took about 3 minutes at check-in but we were disappointed pool and gym were closed due to a burst pipe (yeah, sure). They took out the lobby chairs and had those areas blocked off (why). At 5pm, we went to check-in for our 2nd room, we waited in a line of about 20 but it moved quickly. Rooms are clean and comfortable but there were no USB ports in either of the rooms. The hotel is non-smoking but the weed smell wafting through the halls is pervasive - seems to be thing with all hotels these days, not specific to Bally's. The casino was very cold. I felt fine without a coat but noticed people with their coat and hats on playing slots and heard comments. Had a terrific dinner at Jerry Longo's and our waitress was the best - courteous and efficient. Also, had our delicious coffee at the coffee place with my nephew flirting with the barista making his cinnamon roll hot chocolate. I really had no interaction with casino staff or security but there were plenty of them around. There were a few Christmas trees and decorations but nothing really outstanding and outlandish. We'll be back soon.

I enjoyed myself. The machines & tables were paying off😂. Drinks are not free, but they are not expensive. The food is good at Jerry Longo's Meatball & Martinis. They also have Sugar Factory

If you see this place go somewhere else! Your gaming experience will be thrown in the trash dealing with them, in order to get your monthly rewards they have you pay a certain amount on slots which is 11x the worth of the item, the odds on winning is shot, tables are trash. Especially black jack, i won 600.00 finally after losing for 2months no wins. And they decided to deactivate my rewards for no reason and won’t reactivate let alone I was just upgraded in their system. Definitely taking my money somewhere that give better odds and rewards for the players.

The water temperature from the faucet and shower was inconsistent. Hot water came out even though only the cold water was on. Maintenance said this is something that happened a lot and could happen to any room in the hotel. He told us that flushing the toilet, turning on the cold water in the shower and sink would bring back the cold water. He did fix it temporarily, but we had to do this process multiple times during our overnight stay. Hotel staff was dismissive and less than helpful when we asked questions. Bed was okay, pillows could be better. Parking for hotel guests should be marked as that. Had to park far from hotel entrance and casino does not allow you to walk through with your luggage. In other words, you have to walk outside in the cold if you have a backpack or luggage.

Only went to this location for a large banquet room rental for a retirement party. Massive room size, lots of tables and helpful employees.

I would say the included food definitely sucked but the room was what we were mostly concerned about and was happy with that
