Bada Bing helped me and my family for our first international vacation to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for 5 nights! This was the BEST vacation I have ever had in my life!! We have not been on a vacation in 4 years and this year was the year we wanted to try something grand. Bada Bing made the whole process so easy. Very responsive, very kind and helpful since I had so many questions. I tried booking international by myself and I got overwhelmed, that is when I called Bada Bing. If we could put 100 stars it wouldn’t even compare our experience. We love every second of it! It was my husban First time to go to Disney and for me to use hopper and genie plus. They thought about us before our trip sent us $20 Disney gift card because it’s was our 3rd year wedding anniversary trip and came with a cute note. They tell you how to get the full benefits of using extra features and booked us in a REALLY NICE. HOTEL TOP FLOOR IN THE MIDDLE, we didn’t expect that! BEST TRIP EVER!!!! Will be booking with them every time in the future!!! no hesitation!!!!

I 100% recommend bada bing travel. Cyn has been amazing from beginning to end. Starting with me being so complicating to book. I booked late, tried to change dates and I wasn’t responsive quickly. (Sorry Cyn!) she was so kind and patient.
She made everything so easy and explained everything in detail…Exactly how to work the lightening lane before we go.

Fast forward to our trip. There was a huge problem with the hotel. Definitely not their fault. I was able to enjoy my day with my kids at the park while she argued with the hotel to comp us our money back and she booked us a new hotel and all I had to do was pack our stuff and move. It would have ruined our last day at the park if I was stuck on the phone doing all of that.

Overall she has been so helpful and so communicative. I will never book another Disney trip without them by my side!

Bada Bing Travel Agency was amazing in assisting us with our trip to Disneyland in February! Our daughter has special needs and she provided us with information on the DAS pass and places in the park to take breaks. The customer service and knowledge was amazing! Will use again.

Absolutely fantastic! Do not hesitate to hire Cyn-D for your next Disney trip. She was so easy to work with, did all the things and more! Got us special dining reservations, fixed any issue that arose, and was super helpful with any question we had while there. 100% recommend and will be using her for all future trips!

We had such a great experience working with Cyn-D and Bada Bing Travel. They went over and beyond to make sure out first family trip to Disneyland was magical. Even after we booked out trip, they still continued to work with us and help us make the time we were there special. Cyn-D answered all my questions and was so quick to look into anything I asked about. We will absolutely be using their services again. They did all the work and I was able to enjoy the time with my family.

Bada Bing agency is absolutely wonderful. These ladies went over and beyond to make sure our family vacation was everything we wanted or needed. We had experienced Disney before, but not to this extent. They made sure every detail of our trip was taken care of, and even provided Immediate support and suggestions while we were on our vacation. My family was so happy!! I highly recommend using them to help plan your next vacation. We plan on booking our next vacation with bada bing travel!
