We took our ride March 16, 2024. Our ride was GREAT!! We got to tour the whole town and see far beyond. Greg is such a skilled pilot and truly had fun piloting. He loves what he does and it shows. Greg and Susan and their whole crew are Amazing!! Such generous, real people who care deeply and always have our safety and comfort in mind. They all love what they do and it shows. This trip was really for our Mom and the crew took great care of her. I highly, highly recommend these folks and will go again with them! You will find no better hot air ballooning trip - a fun, safe, personalized and magnificently enjoyable time put on by caring people. Take the drive to Safford, enjoy the town and its beauty and make wonderful memories!

Amazing experience. Greg and Susan made it an awesome experience that was enjoyable and a lot of fun. It was worth ever penny and something I would recommend to anytime thinking about it. Super fun and our pilot Greg was great and it was a smooth and awesome flight.

What an amazing adventure! Greg was an excellent pilot and made the experience a delight. Greg was very communicative before and during the event, so we always knew what to expect. We even had the privilege of experiencing an exciting (but safe) landing. The volunteer crew was super inviting and we loved the little ceremony at the end!

I'll start this review by saying I have a terrible fear of heights. I had been planning on just watching and following my husband and mother-in-law's flight in the balloon. No amount of convincing was going to get me up there. But with some (very gentle) encouragement from Susan, Greg and the rest of the amazing crew, I went for a very short teathered flight. 15 minutes later, I was ready to go for longer. I am so glad I did!! It was one of the coolest things I've done! The views were stunning! Greg was so kind and checked in on my comfort level before ascending. I honestly wasn't scared at all. Next time we're bringing my daughter. Greg, Susan and the crew are the best! Thank you!!!
