I reviewed their Phoenix office a year and a half ago and I wanted to write a second review but it wouldn’t let me and I know they work out of the same company so wanted to give another review here.

My husband and I reached out again to Awaken Travels to plan another trip to Italy. My husband and I genuinely enjoy planning our own trips but hate the logistical stuff like hotels, plane rides, transportation, etc. Once again, Teresa and her team took care of everything from finding the best flights and connections, to awesome hotels in ideal locations and planning out travel to and from each city.

Communicating with them is easy and seamless and they truly do it all. They are a full service agency so if you want to have them do it all they will; excursions, restaurant reservations, train tickets, transfers, they will do it all!

Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!’

Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had planning a family vacation. There’s so many details that I was stressed about and Leslie took care of all of them! Leslie exceeded all expectations. She goes above and beyond! She triple checked all reservations -hotel, car, Disney tickets- to ensure no surprises and there wasn’t a single hiccup the whole trip. Every moment from our initial conversation, to booking our trip, to the actual trip, was so enjoyable. I will never go on a vacation without Leslie’s help booking everything, she’s the absolute best and I am so grateful!

Leslie helped us book our dream cruise for our 30 yr anniversary and somehow was able to get us the best deal ever which has allowed us extra time to explore Europe a little more while we are there . She has great ideas and is very knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience and everything went very smooth with super quick turn around time with questions etc. I highly recommend you use Leslie and take the stress out of booking your next dream vacation.

Leslie is not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but she has a TRUE passion to help others make their travel plans the best they can be! It’s so obvious she truly loves her clients and that is what motivates her in her role. She communicates quickly and throughly and if she doesn’t have the answer immediately, she finds out and gets back to you as soon as possible. She also offers new ideas and makes practical suggestions that a rookie traveler would not know otherwise. Wouldn’t plan another trip that falls within her expertise without her!!!

Leslie Walker at Awaken travels planned an amazing girls trip for my friends and I to go to Punta Cana in January! We are so excited! She found us a gorgeous all inclusive resort and took care of all the details! Her communication was fabulous and she left no detail unattended! The best!

Leslie Walker has gone out of her way to arrange all the details for all eight people on our cruise. She is very cordial and personable. I can't thank Teresa @Awaken Travels enough for my "magical" trip to Disney's Oogie Boogie Bash 2022. This is our 2nd time working with her and she was the best to work with, friendly service, answered all my questions & got me a wonderful reservation at the Grand Hotel. She never thought my "silly" questions were silly. The best part of the whole trip was when she was able to help me book a character breakfast!! She truly worked her magic here! This made my trip complete! I will definitely continue to book all my trips with Teresa!! She's the BEST!
