I wanted to write this review because I was honestly hesitant to book a limo through Avon Limosine after seeing some of the negative reviews. After my trip, I can honestly say that the experience was great. I booked their Lincoln MKT limo to bring my family and I from the New Haven area of CT to JFK. I requested a 4 a.m. pickup, and when I went outside at 3:15 a.m. to grab my sunglasses out of my car, I could see our driver, Abdeslam parked just down the street, waiting. He pulled up to my house right on time and loaded our (extremely heavy) bags into the trunk. The limo was clean and all the bells & whistles were in working order for us. I admittedly drive like a maniac, so I may not be the best judge, but based on my experience he drove very responsibly and got us to the airport without an issue, and right on time. My only complaint is that there were no refreshments, even just bottles of water inside the limo for us. For the amount of money I spent, I was expecting it. Even with that said, I was pleasantly surprised to have had a great experience with Avon Limosine, and will definitely book with them again. Thank you Abdeslam, we had a wonderful trip, and it started off great because of you!

You get what you pay for with this company. We hired the limo to take bride and wedding party to and from locations. The price was very good. The driver however never got out of the car not even to open and shut doors. He would not play music when asked nor were there any extras like champagne etc. The driver never spoke to the passengers however he did get everyone from point a to point b on time and waited in locations as asked. Limo was clean and kept warm on cold winter day.

Avon Limousine provided me with a VIP services. The driver was very polite and offered me to listen to my own songs throughout the drive. The car was clean and smells really well. I enjoyed it!

I always use Avon Limousine Worldwide for my travel to and from the airport. Their online reservation system is easy to use and their drivers are professional and courteous. There is always excellent communication between the company and the drivers and I always feel safe as a passenger.

I’ve used Avon over the years. Their service was expensive but reliable. However the last three times I’ve used them there has been issues either not bringing a car seat that was ordered, car showing up with cracked windshield and as I’m writing this I’m waiting at JFK after traveling the last 12 hours trying to find my driver who should have been here 25 minutes ago. Service has definitely slipped. I asked to speak to owner. Let’s see if he will call. Sorry I had to write this bad review but when you pay close to $300 for an airport pick up ( and I usually give the driver a few extra bucks tip on top of gratuity built in the price) you should get good service.

We rented a limo for our wedding, and it was a huge mistake. This company sent us a dented limo with no working air conditioning and no working windows. Essentially, they charged us $600+ for a horrible service. When I reached out to the company, I was told I’d get a call back to discuss and I never heard from them again. They blocked my email and phone number. DO NOT USE.

been using them for years because they are priced well for airpoirt returns to CT. however, they are NEVER on time. Why take flight info if we land early the driver arrives after the schedule arrival, and never contacts the passenger. i am going to look elsewhere going forward.
