I've been trying to arrange a tour to Ireland for June. After the initial payment was made, it has been a struggle to get additional information or support from the team. Given the investment, it would help to get more feedback from the sales team

Emily Hahn of Authentic Ireland helped us plan an amazing 8 day, 7 night trip for my 40th birthday! We were there at the beginning of June 2019. We started in Dublin and went west to Counties Mayo, Galway, and Clare, then headed south through Counties Limerick and Cork then back east to County Wicklow and flew back out of Dublin. We chose to rent a car so we could take our time and follow our own schedule. I gave Emily a list of everything I wanted to do and see and she incorporated them into our itinerary. I asked for authentic accommodations and she booked us at some awesome BnBs with amazing hosts. Emily was very patient, responsive, and professional with everything I asked for. I reached out to Authentic Ireland at the beginning of the year and communicated with Emily regularly before, during, and after our trip. I couldn’t be happier with our first trip to Ireland! I highly recommend this agency and can’t wait to go back and see more!

My wife and I travel to Ireland and Scotland for two weeks 11 days were organized by authentic Ireland for over $5000 after doing the vacation I realized that I could’ve done the entire vacation for $3000 Canadian. I called authentic Ireland and spoke to Joclyn and told her the costs for all of the hotel accommodations at tickets to the castles and excursions and I no one ever got back to me. The points of interest were organized in a way that it would take 2-3 hrs to get to your next location, then sometimes 1-2 hrs to get to these points of interest, which we were arriving at some at 3;30pm afternoon, some places were closed because of the October season. We paid in advance for some, I’m really not sure where all my money went. I paid over $5000 Canadian and I was completely shocked that it was running from place to place try to meet the schedules. No real down time during the day. My recommendation is to organize yourself review points of interest and save yourself a lot of money.
