We just completed our 10-day Japan Cherry Blossoms tour on 4/6/2019. Mr. Thang was our lead tour guide and we also had a local Japanese tour guide who is fluent in English to lead the tour. The two of them led us through famous landmarks through many cities, arranged for curbside transportation, took us on Shinkansen bullet train ride to Osaka, shopping excursions and let us taste the taste of Japanese restaurants, all was done without missing a beat.

Mr. Thang has a vast knowledge of Japanese cultures and they both have a great sense of humor. Our trip was memorable and it was all due to their thoughtful planning. It isn’t an easy task to lead such a big group but they made it look effortlessly. It far exceeded our expectations. Thank you anh Thang & Jason!!

We are in Japan, Taiwan and Korea tour. Tour lady Ayume is not professional I. The first day. We are all old folks and confused with seating on bus she already yelled at us impolitely. Unacceptable. Never seen this kind of attitude of a tour guy. Maybe our last with ATNT. We paid close to 6000 US dollars per person and never expect to get yelled disrespectful on the first day of the tour. BAD!!!!
