As a first time boat purchaser Chris was EXTRAORDINARY. He's eager to educate, coach, and mentor someone that isn't a two decade boater. Even as demand soared in these Covid times, Chris was straightforward of a new purchase versus a used purchase and guided me on why Pursuit was the ideal vessel for my family. He assisted me with options that were superfluous versus what was mandatory. Chris continues to orient me to facets of my boat I'm still learning and how best to navigate the waters. He's bright, articulate, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor that almost rivals my own......
I'm doing back flips on my choice of Pursuit to other brands as Chris helped illustrated why. My research supported his ideas.

Atlantic Outboard agreed to perform service on my outboard lower unit during the busiest time of year. They were able to take my lower unit, evaluate and complete the required work on it before any other yard would let me even drop it off to get on the waitlist. Noah and the service team were awesome, great business that treats people (even new customers) well with a level urgency to get them back on the water not normally encountered. Thank you so much. Third boat purchase from Atlantic Outboard. Buying a new boat is very stressful. The team at Atlantic are all very professional . Noah, Gina and Chris walked me through the process and I could not be happier. Would not go anywhere else in New England 5 stars!!

They are best at nickel and diming you. Make sure to have everything in writing with $$ other wise more $$$$ will be added to your procurement. Never trust a company that has 99% positive results. Why, they hand pick their reviews. Nice boat purchased, but my mistake was purchasing from Atlantic Outboard. if you guys were to have a 90% discount sale, Id rather torch my cash than to spend a dime at your Business. Thanks Capt. Chris, remember when a customer is at your desk with $60K, don't ignore them due to a higher $$$ sales phone call....that's rude and ignorant, but par for the course when dealing with Atlantic Outboard....lost another customer.

I paid them for what they said was a perfect jet boat with low hours. They said their technician went through it and it had 0 defects to note. I paid someone to inspect and haul it back. They found frozen rutters and worn out steering cables and the main control screen had blown out pixels. I had to pay my guy and take a loss due to their bad technicians and the fact that the sales guy lied unintentionally. The sales guy was great. He was shocked when my inspector in front of him found those issues.
