Terrible service. Internet did not work if your room is too far from the router. My room had a wasp nest behind the curtain. The rooms of the more permanent residents were what I would describe as an OSHA safety hazard. At night the property had no security or staff of any kind. The staff arrived at the convenient time of 8 am, wearing what seemed to be the clothes they slept in. I understand inexpensive hotels/ motels but this place is a liability.

Way over priced for what you get. Their remodeled rooms have a new little fridge a new little microwave and 2 horrible and very uncomfortable beds. A small TV wall mounted and zero other furniture no chairs no dressers, table, not even a night stand. Towels were just a above a paper towel and not actual towel size but hand towel size oh and there is a curfew for kids and adults because they have a serious drug trafficking problem. Would not have even stayed but I don't have money to give away. Curtains were not even properly hung and hanging down.

Room was so dirty. Staff was friendly tho. The ceiling was falling apart, pieces were on the floor, bed etc. Microwave was dirty, floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was "stuff" in toilet. Just so gross. Didn't bother alerting staff only because my husband had just had a medical procedure and was in pain and I just wanted him to be able to rest.

I'm still in this hotel only because I booked through Reservation Counter and the hotel refuses to give me a refund due to a contract. Had I known that the facilities were this poor, I would not have booked here. The pictures looked great but once you get here it is terrible. They are doing renovations and I'm very flexible about that but over all I would not recommend this hotel. I looked for this place because it has a fitness center. However, it is not accessible. The pool is locked up because it is green. The continental breakfast....nope. Renovations has that closed down. You have to ask for a coffee cup from the front desk because the coffee is "for guests only". Oh and the coffee is the worst I have ever had. I'm a sailor so I'm used to drinking mud. I'm considering buying a small coffee pot just for my vacation. The room stinks and there is no room service except for Monday and Thursday. There is no welcome book in the rooms to suggest restaurants and local attractions. You have to go to the front desk and look at the few pamphlets that they have there and the desk staff is not helpful at all. Therefore we have two towels to use for the entire weekend. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. My first vacation in over 10 years and this is what I get. Add to all that, the TV is an old solid state model from the early 90's. Guess we can go buy febreeze and fumigate the room before we go out for the day. Maybe even pick up some towels and find a laundromat. I've read some other reviews for this hotel and if those that gave it 4 and 5 stars think this is nice, I would hate to see their normal living.

Room was spacious. Laminate floors are a plus. However, there were holes in the bathroom wall where a towel rack used to be. There was also at least one cockroach and any that was seen. But like my son said, "you get what you pay for"

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Had reservation for 5 days. Ist room presented was totally trashed. 2nd room was dirty and smelly. Third room was under renovations not completed. Had to request pillow and towels, had no hot water, no microwave, no hair dryer, only the two beds chair and ottoman, refrigerator was not connected. Was lied to over an over again about hot water, on 3rd day in room their contractor came in to inspect said management had been told the whole would need to be removed to complete the problem. I requested a refund of the last 2 days of my reservation and was refused. My traveling companions in another room had no heat for their entire stay with the temps in the 30's during those days.
