This place is very unprofessional. I just recently worked a client for them this weekend. I came in at 10 a.m. Friday and was suppose to leave Monday at 10a.m. These people text my phone this morning right before I was supposed to get off to say the lady to relieve me was coming. But also said they were sending someone. Long story short it’s 4:55 p.m. and I’m still at the clients house that they claim they were sending someone too. They claimed they have paid 2 people gas money to come yet no one is here. This company is a big fraud and I’m gonna report them to the BBB and whatever else I can report them too. They are ridiculous taking these old people money and not adequately staffed to take care of them.
