Be cautious if you have a loved one going there that is on Anti psychotic medication. They have to try and ween them off and if it goes south and they cannot handle them, then they are out.
If you are guardian they send them back to you whether you are able to care for them or not. This is how they operate, it happened to my son and I. Make sure you understand THEY CAN LEGALLY DO THIS. They can also discharge them if they get behind on their monthly payments. Have a lawyer and know your rights!

Unable to get any information in a timely matter , sitting on hold for long periods of time when concernes and complaints are made aware of by family. .
