I was very pleased with the care I received at your facility. There was virtually no wait time to be triaged and taken to an ER room. Everyone was friendly, efficient and caring, informative from the receptionist, the nurse, the respiratory therapist, the radiology tech all were awesome. I was seen very quickly by the doctor who ordered appropriate tests and medications and addressed my concerns with patience. I received a breathing treatment and medication and x ray. As soon as the doctor received radiology results I was discharged with understandable instructions and appropriate prescriptions. I was in and out so fast and felt I knew what to expect and equipped to get well. Thank you to each of you.

When we got their emergency room, we were immediately prompted to register and did some paperwork. Wait time was less than 10 min. A nurse was quick to get to us to ask some questions about the visit. When we finally got into a room, nurses were quick to get vitals and they were pretty calm which helped us also feel calm. The doctor came in about 20 min or so into the visit. Everyone, including the front desk were helpful and informative. Place was clean and quiet.

I had the best experience at this ER and some of my family members have gone previously who have also had great experiences. I came in around 530 and they were busy but took me back. Nicole did my vitals and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone was polite and had amazing bedside manner.

Very friendly and quick to take care of my husband. They get you in and out as quickly as possible, so you can feel better quicker and so you aren't waisting your time sitting in an ER waiting room.

This facility should disclose that they are limited to what type of emergencies they can treat. Online it says “We provide 24/7 care for life-threatening and severe illness and injury”, but don’t go there if it’s your eye that is the emergency. I chose this ER because it’s close to home and I was in pain and lost vision completely in one eye and was told by my Ascension PCP and a specialist MD to seek immediate medical attention. They didn’t do any vitals, except for my temperature. When I finally saw the doctor I was told they can’t do anything dealing with eyes and I would be better off trying Orange Park Medical Center ER and he really hoped I didn’t have permanent vision loss.
I will never seek care there again and definitely will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Down visiting family. Felt ill. This emergency care facility was close to my hotel. With trepidation I decided to go be seen. From the time I walked in I was greeted and treated by kind and caring faces. I left feeling well taken care of. The whole process including X-rays and labs was very fast! Big thanks for a positive medical care visit!

Unless you have physical evidence of not feeling well, they will pass you off as a psychiatric patient, give you a sedative, and send you on your way. My roommate went to a different hospital and they were able to ACTUALLY diagnose him. Instead of dismissing him. Go to a different hospital if you absolutely can.

The staff is so professional and caring. I went in with an allergic reaction, visibly in need of immediate attention. They were calm, attentive and thorough, from the check in nurses helping my husband in my behalf, both treatment nurses, Kristina and Erica I believe (forgive if names aren't correct) and the doctor were incredibly caring and professional. This means a lot as an AA woman, I felt no impatience, no lack of care or concern, or agitation. Hopefully, I never have to go back but if I had to, this is where I'd choose. Great staff and experience!
