PPM is now the first call we make for any new jobs in the Bay Area. We are a small architecture firm with lots of remodel work and many of our clients are on a budget and in a hurry. PPM always delivers on both counts. Many of our projects are also turn of the last century construction with historic detailing and some frankly wonky conditions, and their documentation helps us navigate existing oddities before they become a problem in the field. One recent project is a house built to look like a castle, and their drawings are a fantastic representation.

Hired PPM to develop as-built drawings for an existing house. I am a busy architect and PPM delivered a complete package of floor plans, elevations and 3D model (as well as full photographic documentation) in just a few weeks. I was able to upload the files seamlessly into my architectural software (Archicad) and begin developing new designs. Accurate, timely and cost-effective for myself and my clients. I needed to get as-built plans done for a house I recently purchased and got a handful of quotes. PPM was the best quote I got, they were super responsive, very easy to work with, and a pleasure from start to finish. The young woman who did the survey work showed up on time, was friendly, informative, and efficient. Big kudos to PPM for hiring women for doing the field work in what's traditionally a male-dominated field. After the field work was done, PPM got the CAD and PDF files back to me quickly and ahead of schedule. My architect said the plans looked fine to him and he had no problem with them.

I'm very happy with the choice of using PPM and would do so again if I ever need survey work done.

Our firm has worked with many survey/as-built companies in the Bay Area, and PPM is always the most competitively priced with a very consistent output, on a reasonable schedule. Their management team is responsive during bid, production, and even follow-up.

Drawings are clear and readable, and they now offer full BIM services. This was a huge help for a model of a massive historic property our firm is remodeling. PPM seem to go above and beyond.
