I just have to say, being a member of Arcadia is not all it’s cracked up to be! But when you call in and get customer service from McKenzie, it makes it easier! She is kind and patient and attempts to get all your questions or concerns answered! Her demeanor is TOP NOTCH! She gets 5 stars!

Lenual was awesome. He was courteous, honest, and very helpful. He was a quality salesman and genuinely good human being. If you have a presentation with Arcadia Resort club, you should ask for the best, and he is definitely one of there best.
