This was a perfect little stay. It is so cute and quaint and just minutes from downtown Prescott. The room was clean and the outside area is darling. It has a “staying at Grandma’s” feeling. I will definitely stay here again! And they allow your furry babies!! A great memory, thank you so much!

Let me first say, if you're looking for a Ritz- Carlton, this is not your place. If you're looking for a cute little place off the beaten path, a kitchen to cook a meal, firepits, large trees, and a comfy bed, this is your place. Also, I messed up my reservation, my fault, couldn't actually be fixed, but Josh is ahhhhmaaaaaazing!!! He gave me all the info I needed for a wonderful stay. Also, the grass area is gorgeous!! Huge bonus - dog friendly!! Yay!!

Everything I wanted for my mini vacation. Perfect location, quiet, comfortable bed w/great pillows, full kitchen, great couch/living area and bathroom. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, washcloths, dishes & utensils, coffee maker, pretty much all you need. I just had to bring paper towels and I always bring my own hygiene stuff, although they did provide soap, shampoo & conditioner. The cottage I was in, #11, had the exact rustic feel I was hoping for. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Prescott!

If you have never seen it in person and are looking for a place to stay, it can be quite deceiving based on the photos. Their sign is very cute and the location seems great, however – there are several people who live here full-time, so it’s not just a motel. Second, at least one of the permanent residents is very loud and disrespectful, we witnessed and heard him shooting guns and tanzanite & setting fireworks off in the tiny parking lot, causing loud explosions. The property managers or owners do not live on site. The cottages are just outside city limits, so the sheriff must be called to report any incidents. They are very slow to respond. The location is directly off an extremely busy and loud road. Its only two lanes, but this is the main highway for motorcycles, four by fours, and all different kinds of other loud vehicles. It is both the entrance to town and the exit out of town, so often people floor it and become extremely loud leaving or entering town. The road is very windy, and many people drive way too fast around the corners. One car has lost control and crashed into the parking lot of the cottages. Not too long ago another car lost control and crashed right across the road. The parking lot itself is tiny & sudden, with a giant dip down making it extremely difficult to pull in or out without spinning wheel on gravel. Only room for one car at a time. It’s unfortunate that such a cute vintage place Has so many setbacks. It would have tons of potential if the owners or caretakers actually took care of the place, and kept all the annoyances in check. People looking to stay somewhere, spend money and enjoy their time should know this about this location An opt for somewhere different.

We enjoyed our stay even if it wasn't what was expected. The beds were very comfortable the location is good it's not too far from anything. The kitchenette was very accommodating.

It could use updating the rooms we started in aren't like the pictures the only update that we saw were the beds. There were lots of area's that need to be retouched with paint and patches that need fixing. In one of the rooms there was a leaky faucet that could be heard all night. The water pressure in the shower was nicer and plenty of hot water. The rooms definitely need a deep clean where furniture needs moved to be vacuumed. Although the beds and Linen was nice and clean. Overall we would stay again and look closely at the rooms to verify cleaning.

Staff was very nice. We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. Very old furnishings, window coverings and carpet. There was tears in the carpet and indication of water leakage in the bathroom with an attempt to caulk where there had been mold. Faucets were loose for both the tub and sink. There was paint peeling off the walls and shower surround was loose The best thing about the room was the bed. Bed was very comfortable; that being the only update in room. I realize that this place is very old and is suppose to be rustic, but I would love to see many repairs and sprucing up.

Based on this this experience, I will not stay there again.. There are plenty of nicer places with same reasonable rate.

Cute little place! The parking totally sucks!!!! Looks like someone backed into our truck. Not enough space to even move around. I would love to come back but feel like we can bring our truck cause there isn't enough space for them. Wish I could see inside all the different cabins to be able to pick the one I would want to Stay in next time. Website should be updated with cottage #s and pics inside and outside each space. Ours is connected to someone else. Would rather stay in a different one next time. #11 looks interesting or maybe the one that's behind us that we can see outside out kitchen window.
