Great location to stay with family. Very clean room, comfortable beds, big bathroom, Cold AC, beautiful patio, good internet. Attended a wedding in Eden, AZ and was an excellent choice. The only down side was a dusty patio with leaves and a left behind coffee cup. Went to front desk to pick up a towel set that was not delivered to my room as requested. BUT, easy parking. Dinner was great at the grill restaurant with low prices. Quiet rooms, there were no disturbances. We had a great time!!!

Room was nice until bedtime. Pulled the sheets back and Big Red/Brown stain was on the cover sheet on the side you can see the crust of it. Called Front Desk to let the Attendant know, we'd like it to be changed and she told me she couldn't change them because housekeeping left for the day. Called the next morning for extra towels the Attendant told me either I come to the Front desk to get them or we wait until she can get them to bring to us because she was the only one there and she didn't know when she'd be able to leave the Front Desk. Asked also for a Toothbrush and she said, you need everything don't you. She went on to say You know people usually pack what is needed for a trip. Super rude.
No customer service.
No smiles.
No enthusiasm.
Seemed to be very angry workers.

We recently stayed here for the first time while on a motorcycle trip. Room was clean and modern, easy walk to the casino, the restaurant food and service were good. The sports bar was cool to have a cold beer. I’ll come back again.

Great rooms. Clean and spacious. No microwave.
Located right next to the casino.. security certainly in and around the casino area but not the hotel.
Gas station right next door. Casino has small snack bar and restaurant both with reasonable prices.
The location of quite a ways from the town but fair enough drive to be worth it.
Only downside was the Front Desk agent announce my room number out loud in front of other guest and ppl present which is a huge Security Safety issue. Especially for female, or parent with child/ren.
I didn't feel safe and comfortable for the most part after I heard my hotel room number Out loud and pointed in the direction to walk.
I hope this isn't an ongoing issue and coach to Front desk for security caution reasons..
Never know if predators are listening and watching, creating higher risk of attacks or kidnapping.
I've travel all over, it's a safety reason to Not share or announce room numbers out loud in front of anyone including workers, guest or customers.
Other than that, all else was well.

The entertainment is fine. The free play was good since nothing hit. $40 free play was gone in 15 minutes on a penny slot machine. Hard to find employees. And if you do most didn't seem pleasant enough to approach. Including the lady ant the sports bar that didn't want to be bothered at all. And suggested we go elsewhere.

Felt racially profiled I was asked to have my back pack searched I guess because I was Hispanic several people after me with back packs were not searched not once so ever they pulled me from playing at a slot and made me return to the podium where THEY SHOULD BE CHECKING BAGS PRIOR TO BE ALLOWED TO ENTER but the security guard was to busy on his phone. The place needs to be revamped with rhe money they get the should be able too do that seat had holes and were worn out food was over priced and definitely not worth it. But I can say I was glad to win to replace the items security took from my back pack will never return to this casino

Rooms are fine, practically nothing except the bare rooms.

They will charge you more than expedia or any other booking sites quoted you and they will lie about reimbursing you for the fees.

The sassy bartender with long hair at the casino will do his best to not serve you while giving you attitude for it.

Stay somewhere else if you have the option to. Most of the gym equipments don’t work and the pool has been out of order for so long that grass is growing around it.

This place was Neat! I was here for literally 5 Minutes and some Apache girl asked if I was single and got mad because I wasn't. The ladies who gave me my players card were pretty cool too! Ladies, if you see this, let's be Homies!
