This place stank, stains everywhere, busted up walls and bathtub, roaches everywhere… paid for 2 beds only got one and a broke couch, the bathroom was disgusting and the fridge smelt like old fish. Theres writing all over the walls and bed was unmade.

this place is horrible. my husband does construction work at a mill up here i travel with him. we decided to go cheap this go round. horrible mistake. we paid 365 for a 1 bed room for the week. we also brought someone on his crew with us too and got him a room. our room looked okay had a smell but the crew member had us come look at his… roaches EVERYWHERE! this is the room right above ours so we know ours have to have them too not to mention a huge crack in the wall from a leak in the bathroom. we tried to get a refund bc nobody told us about the roaches.. he told us no. this place shouldn’t even be in business any more! isn’t there some type of code these places have to be up to?

not a great place 365 room one bed. BUT roaches! huge crack in the wall looks like from a leak.. mini fridge has rust obv it’s old. microwave even older has a turn dile. bathrooms decent leaks all night though. needs a terminator & upgrade

Carpet not clean. The shower had a roach in it. Flush the toilet and it haven't stopped running. Can't even sleep. Because I'm scared a roach going to get on me or in my hair. I will never stay again. Also the pillows cases was nasty.

While the gentleman who checked me in was very nice and polite, the room needed to be updated. The bathroom area was clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed badly. There were dead bugs around the baseboard near the door. I hate to give a low rating but a little extra effort would make this a great place to stay.

Not the cleanest. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Pillows were flat. TV was old, but worked. Bathroom and shower was ok. AC gets very cold. Drab n dreary. But better than some other options.

I had to work in the town of Bearden, which is about twelve miles from Fordyce. My company paid for my hotel while I worked there. The Antlers was a clean looking motel with a weekly rate that was a lot cheaper than the nearby Days Inn. My room was comfortable with a king bed, couch desk, fridge and microwave. It was nice coming back to the room and finding the bed made and clean towels waiting for me. Wifi and cable tv as well. I stayed here for two months, and got a good nights sleep every night. The Manager is real nice. If I have to come back down there, that is where I will stay.

We stayed for the week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was out so the manager was working extra hard. Keep up the good work.
