We stayed here at the Covey Cottage February 3rd to the 7th. Beautiful home located within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with heated pool. The home has everything you need for your stay. The property management group was outstanding, were in contact with us several times making sure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend using Anna Maria Island Accommodations for your next rental.

Really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, pretty much brand new house! 7 of us loves the pool, proximity to beach and downtown, and just the spaciousness of the house. Customer service addressed all our needs and mishaps in great time even considering the holiday. We will definitely stay in this beautiful home on AMI again!

Should be known for distance travelers with kids, there are beach towels, beach chairs and beach wagons provided. There are no other beach toys. We had to buy some things to keep the kids entertained on the beach. Oh, there was a cooler for our use too!

Sienna Sky is stunning! It is beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped and just a few steps to the beach! The elevator allowed our elderly parents to join us for this holiday vacation and the rooftop deck is a perfect spot for sunrises and sunsets! AMIA is highly ethical and resolves issues without the client asking. I will use them again and will recommend to others visiting AMI!

Gulf Breeze is a great little cottage for a beach visit. Close to the beach access, with a perfect private pool. The kitchen is well equipped, the decor is lovely, and the king bed is very comfy. The pool had some debris in it when we arrived, but a quick call had the pool service arriving within a half hour. He explained the pool area had been totally flooded the week prior and he had been working to get it back to normal. He added chemicals, cleaned the filter, and got the pool vac up and running... and it was perfect the rest of the week. We would definitely return!

Your own little oasis at Private Palms! We really enjoyed our three weeks at this newly renovated home. The owners did such a great job ensuring the home was ready for guests! We were pleasantly surprised by the brand new interior of this 4 bedroom home. The few nights that we ate in, were made easy by the well stocked and beautiful kitchen. We also appreciated the brand new grill as well! The short walk to the beach and the private pool were wonderful. We certainly enjoyed this vacation property on Anna Matia Island!

My wife and I came down here for our anniversary getaway and we were not disappointed! The house we stayed at in Bradenton Beach was nicknamed Angelfish was a perfect house with a perfect location. They had all of the amenities you would need for the kitchen along with a gas grill outback. a beautiful swimming pool that suited the two of us just fine to cool off from this hot Florida sun. you are minutes from awesome beaches, as well as plenty of restaurant and bar choices. and there is a Publix grocery store within five minutes. Our interaction with the host was fantastic and they kept us up on gaining entry all the way to departure . We would definitely come back again!!!

Beautiful view! My family and I enjoyed our visit very much! Even got to see a few manatees in the canal behind the house. Nice quiet area close to everything. Pool was spotless when we arrived and perfect midday fun for us! Reached out AMI vacation rentals regarding a question/concern and they were very quick to respond. I was very impressed with the work communication and concern over a something very small.

Do not use this company unless you want to spend half of your vacation texting, calling, and waiting for answers, repairs, ect...
Our first real family vacation in 10 years was spent stressing and being disappointed. We rented Peliican Paradise in early Sept for upwards of $5000 for 5 nights. Upon arrival we were pleased with the house and all the space it provided 7 of us and the close locale to the beach down the street.
It was that night after a full day of flights and then the beach when we went to use the shower to find that there was no hot water. After investigating, the on demand water heater was unplugged and the gas valve turned off. It was obvious that this had been broken and never fixed before our rental time. After 2 hours trying to contact someone on 4 different phone numbers, a maintenance person(lol) was sent out. After 10 seconds of troubleshooting he said a plumber needed to be called. Needless to say nobody slept that night. The next day rolls around(Sunday) a lady calls and says it wont be fixed until Monday. 7 stinky people and a 7 month pregnant woman 2.5 days without hot water....nope! We were offered to move to another place...after looking it up it was on the bay side of the island had only 2 baths vs the 5 we had...nope again. We found a very much upgrade from our rental that we told them we would move to...guess what?...they found a plumber magically to come out. It was fixed by late Sunday...we spent literally 4 hrs dealing with them over this.
The next day Monday...we spend all day at the beach and shopping to come back to our rental that evening to a sweltering 87°. Yep, the air went out. Another phone call, another so called maintenance person(lol). Will need an HVAC company to fix sometime tomorrow. A couple portable machines were brought in to try to cool this 5000sqft 5 bedroom home...what a joke! The next day we spent the day away from this run down mansion...lol, but again spent several occasions talking....or should I say texting, because apparently they get thier ass chewed so often they avoid phone call conversations. HVAC guy finally shows up at 5 pm which was enough to get the place cooled down to a chilly 81° by bedtime.
Other problems, broken fridge seal, tv remotes didnt work, broken pool alarms on doors, grill wouldnt light(had to buy a lighter), ceiling fan in main wouldnt spin, broken tile around pool, rusty decking around pool, broken pool furniture.
Tried to settle compensation while we were there...ended up so frustrated we quit trying. Upon arrival home we were offered $625 dollars...so tired of dealing with this company and being ripped off and taken advantage of we agreed and signed the email....2 months and haven't seen a dime. F this company.
We loved the island and everything it offered, but will be very diligent in our next rental if we ever go back.
