This excursion was the absolute BEST! Well worth every penny spent. Andrew, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and patient. We not only were able to catch Trout, Lady Fish, Gag Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, and Needle Fish, but we saw many different species of birds and wild life such as Manatees and their babies, stingray, and horseshoe crabs. While fishing I even bit the tail off the Shimmer Bait to get the full experience. Andrew taught us how to clean the fish, season it and cook it. It made a wonder dinner that evening. Definitely 5+ stars! I look forward to booking again for an all day excursion.

We had a great time. Second time with Captain Connor and we really had a fun time! Caught a lot of keepers. Catching snook was really fun as well. We even had had a porpoise come up to the boat and gave him a snack. Highly recommend Anna Maria Boat Company, we have been 3 times and will go again!

I have fished several times with Anna Maria Boat Company. I think of myself as a pretty hard-care fishing fanatic...I have high standards on equipment and fishing quality. I have never, ever felt let-down after a fishing trip. In fact, I'm usually think, "how the hell can they be that good time after time?" So, you could say I'm a big fan.

If you asked me, "what were my top 10 favorite days so far of 2023?" I would have to say 3 of my top 10 days were fishing with Anna Maria Boat Company...and the others 7 days would be times with my family.

If you're looking for an unforgettable fishing adventure on the stunning waters of Manatee County Florida, look no further than Anna Maria Boat Company and Captain Andrew Bennett! From the very beginning, our experience was top-notch. Booking was a breeze thanks to Jenny Moore, who ensured all our requests were accommodated.

Captain Andrew met us promptly at the dock and came prepared with everything we needed for a successful day. We set out with our sights set on Tarpon, and while the big guys weren't feeling super cooperative that day, we had a few heart-pounding near misses that kept the adrenaline pumping.

Andrew, a true professional and Florida native, expertly read the water and seamlessly transitioned us to productive trout fishing spots. We reeled in several beautiful trout, which would have made for some delicious table fare back home had we decided to keep them!

Next up on the agenda: Snook! Captain Andrew knew just the spots, and we had a blast battling feisty smaller snook and some bonus mangrove snapper. To top it all off, we achieved the coveted "inshore slam" by heading to a secluded mangrove shoreline, where we landed several impressive redfish.

Captain Andrew's expertise as a local guide truly shone throughout the day. His knowledge of the area's waterways and fishing grounds was instrumental in putting us on fish at every single stop. He was patient, professional, and made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable.

We can't recommend Anna Maria Boat Company and Captain Andrew Bennett highly enough! It was a fantastic day on the water, and we look forward to booking another trip soon.
