This was one of the best experiences of my life! Our tour guide Vanessa was incredible. She knew every animal by name and shared a unique bond with every single one. All of the animals are very well taken care of and loved. Some of the staff even have tattoos of them!
Yes there are strict rules. Yes you have to stay with your guide. These rules are in place for a reason. I believe everything they do is for the best interest of the animals and again shows how much they care about their wellbeing.
My favorite experience was the kangaroos, they were SO sweet and laid back. We paid for the VIP experience and monkey add on. I think it was well worth the money and we would absolutely do it again. This is the perfect place to add to your vacation plans when visiting!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff was very knowledgeable could not have been nicer group. They really seem to care about the animals, you can tell it is their passion. Vanessa was our guide, and she really made our experience, filling our tour with fun facts with lots of stories.
I saw my first Zonkey! Included in the tour, we mingled with the kangaroos, fed goats, cows, camels and were able to pet an adorable baby spider monkey and a super cute baby sloth. We saw multiple other species, up close and at a distance. We added holding a baby Kangaroo and the otter experience for a very reasonable price. It is not a huge zoo, it is a privately owned rescue at a private residence, definitely enough to see to be worthwhile for a fair price. Can not say one bad thing about our experience. I highly recommend a visit and adding the otter encounter.
We will certainly be back and bring all our visitors.

We had an amazing time on our VIP tour. Mike our tour guide was super thorough explaining all the animals to us along with their background. Highly recommend doing this! Will definitely do it again!!!

Main highlight for us was spending time to play, pet and hold the baby otters, they are super cute and adorable. Also our time with the kangaroos was precious as got got to feed the baby kangaroos along with hold one.

It's clear the staff all love what they do. The owner and his family pour their heart and soul into caring for all these amazing animals. 💕💕

I booked tickets to the Saturday morning 10am Guided Safari Tour with Kangaroo Holding add-on on the Thurs night before, and I'm so glad I did! The prices are very fair for everything you get to experience, and it's the perfect length of activity, not too long and not too short.
Brooklyn was our tour guide, and she was fantastic! She spoke loudly and clearly to our large group, was very kind and fun and funny and informative. She connected well with the young children in the group, without making it babyish or boring. She did a fantastic job on her first ever spiel on the Spider Monkey!
My favorite part was by far the kangaroos. I loved being surrounded by so many and getting to pet their soft fur. The add-on encounter of getting to sit on a bench and hold baby Chaos the 1yo male joey in his pouch was SO special and incredible!
I would have added the otter (holding) encounter as well, but it was sold out when I went to book (less than 48 hours before the tour, so very last minute).
I do wish they would have mentioned when we were near animals that were NOT going to be talked about/seen separately on the tour, so I could have known to snap some pics on the way past, but I do understand why that would maybe cause too many problems as a whole.
They did not talk about the zebras, although they can be seen from the front meeting area, so you could stay and look at them after the tour was over, if you wanted. They also did not talk about the otters, unless you booked the add-on otter encounter(s) for after the tour, but I don't know if that is a normal thing, or just a fluke on the day I went. The website does mention that not every animal will be featured on every tour, depending on multiple factors. Knowing this in advance helped me not feel so disappointed about missing the otters.
I would highly recommend this place and it was cheap enough that I might even go again just to pet the kangaroos again!

We did the safari tour with the kangaroo cuddles and the otter petting. Sydney was our tour guide. She was incredible. So informative and kind. We would definitely come back and see them again. The rest of the staff is also really great! I don't think you could go wrong with any of the guides but we really lucked out with Sydney!

My son & I came for a family tour and had Sydney as our guide. She was AMAZING & we had so much fun! My son (he’s 10) thinks he got to name a baby goat and won’t stop talking about it. We had a blast with the otters and I got to rock a baby kangaroo to sleep 😍 All these kids playing staff we encounter were great. We learned so much that when we got home my son played his grandma his grandma a slide show and told her facts/stories about every animal there. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back.

Amazing Experience – Well Worth the Money!

I cannot recommend Animal EDventure enough! From start to finish, the experience was incredible, and it was clear how much the staff truly care about the animals. Our tour guide, Vanessa, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had the best experience possible.

One of the highlights was getting to spend so much time inside the kangaroo enclosures, interacting with them up close. All the animals looked so healthy and happy, and you can tell they’re well taken care of. The entire place was spotless, and the staff’s passion for what they do really shows.

If you’re considering visiting, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it. This is the perfect place for animal lovers, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the most amazing time ever! Our tour guide Gabe was awesome. You can tell he loved his job and knew so much about the animals. Everyone was super nice. I love sloths and to be able to have the experience of holding and petting one, is a memory I will cherish forever! I highly recommend this to everyone!
