Rachel is the best travel agent I have ever used in my 35+ years of traveling. She is attentive to every need I have, and I admit, I can be somewhat of a fussy traveler. She always makes sure I get the cabin I want; the side of the ship I want; and she continues to look after me making sure I know when my final payment is due and any other information I need for my adventure, be it a cruise or land travel. Rachel was such a amazing travel agent ! I’m a frequent traveler so I travel often. She made the whole process so easy for me. The last trip I went on was London/ England. I have never been that far before and she made the whole process so smooth. Unfortunately while in London we couldn’t board the ship because we had someone in our party test positive for Covid. Rachel made sure I was refunded and able to book another trip at a later date. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to traveling and booking she knows so much about popular tourist attractions. Overall great experience with her, I will never book with anyone else !!
