Going on Safari to Africa is finally checked off my bucket list! I had an incredible time traveling to Kenya and Qatar with ANA LA Travel and would 10/10 recommend to anyone considering this trip. I personally enjoy unique trips to experience new cultures and gain new perspectives and appreciation for the world we live in and I was not disappointed!!!

We visited several different cities in Kenya, each with it's own unique esthetic. We spent several days in Nairobi where we experienced the busy city life and visited the Giraffe Center and sanctuary where we fed the giraffes! We went on safari in Masai Mara and saw the beautiful wildlife in their natural(ish) habitat. Shoutout to Mr. Stanley, the best safari guide/driver - he was very knowledgable and provided a lot of cultural history and context during our drives! Lake Naivasha was a serene and calm resort (and my favorite location). The animals were roaming around freely and I was able to view giraffes outside of my villa in the middle of the night! The resort is very strict about security escorting guests after dark due to the wild hippopotamuses that come out of the water at nighttime (and for good reason!), thankfully they keep their distance with flashing lights from a flashlight that all the security have with them. I was very surprised with Mombasa, which was similar to a beach resort filled with European tourists. It was beautiful and extremely humid.

On our return, we spent a few nights in Doha and I was very impressed. Doha is a very modern and clean Arab city. The hotel was very comfortable and luxurious and a nice way to end our trip.

My favorite part of the trip was not having to worry about transportation or accommodations. Mr. Parsa and ANA LA Travel were very attentive and took great care of us. I had a wonderful time and lucky to be joined by such wonderful people and tour group!
