Employees were great! This is in a quiet place. Right off of highway easy access. Beds were soft and comfortable. No problems.

Had a no smoking room, but the room, bed, and pillow smelled of smoking so bad it woke me up.
Will never stay here again.

Positive: Staff was super friendly and so helpful with any questions of accommodations we had. Negative: The breakfast was simple. But still glad it was available even though we didn¿t eat any of it. Negative: ""

Recently stayed in room 126 in Smackover, AR due to work in area. For starters, bugs were spotted on multiple occasions. Most importantly mold was present on basically every surface in room. When presented with this after mold began growing on luggage refund was denied and no contact possible with owner. Would not go back

Came to this hotel after getting harassed by the owners of another so called "pet friendly" hotel about my service dog and my ones in training. THE STAFF AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN HAVE BEEN AMAZING!!!! Truly a pet friendly hotel. Will never use any other hotel in the area. Very quiet location and nice rooms as well.

Came here to get a room for the night since it’s the only place in town. My partner didn’t have his ID so I tried using his debit card to get a room with my ID. Couldn’t get the room since my ID didn’t match the name on the card so I left to go find my correct card which is understandable . As soon as I left, the front desk woman (Michelle) called the police on me for “lingering” the parking lot as I was searching for my own debit card which I told her I was going to go look for. Police verified she called them on me and even after I came back with correct ID and debit card and finished the reservation they still questioned me for “lingering” instead of her admitting to the cop waiting outside she jumped to conclusions. Not only did she waste my time, she waisted valuable time of the police. Very embarrassing and will be contacting a higher up at this location. I pulled into this location at 11:47, I found my card at 11:53 and I have a receipt showing my card was swiped at 11:57 so you’re telling me in a matter of 10 minutes of arriving that I was “lingering and going to several of the doors trying to open them”. Michelle lied to the police and made herself look a fool. In the morning I tried talking to the other individuals at the front desk who only chose to believe Michelle instead of just watching the cameras and hearing my story. No apology has been given and I will update my review if this is made up to me. Very upsetting. Instead of the owner admitting his worker was wrong, he just said the cops were called because of the card I initially used wasn’t in my name but this doesn’t add up to anything else as Marie said they were called because I “walked up to the doors multiple times and made Michelle nervous”, Michelle herself said it was because I was “lingering the parking lot” and the cop himself said it was because I was “lingering the parking lot”. Obviously owner doesn’t care about the customers since it was my fault the cops were called apparently. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this property while in the area for a dog show. There was little to choose from near the show- so- I ended up here thanks to the decent rating I saw on Trip Advisor. How in the world this can rate above one star is beyond me. The non-smoking room stunk. The comforter had clear band-aids stuck to it, a large burn hole in it and I don't want to know what else. When I stepped into the shower, I slipped and nearly fell. I later discovered that walking barefoot on the carpet resulted in black mold all over the bottom of my feet. All of the upholstery was stained, dirty. For the price, this is just not worth it. I will not stay here again. It sounded like there was a team of shetland ponies having a chuck wagon race in the room above me at night- no soundproofing.......No place to eat or get a meal anywhere near....I ended up going to a gas station for food...While there were only a couple of towels- I didn't complain since I really didn't want to use them anyway...||I have to say , the front desk clerk was extremely nice and did his best to be helpful. That just wasn't enough. I will not be back.

Great value for the price. There are streaks on the carpet and probably due to oil field workers staying here. Bathroom is clean as well as linens. I’m pretty picky but this is the only hotel within 10+ miles and folk around here are pleased with it. I’m giving it a 3 out of 5 rating because of carpet but the overall hotel is good for 3 stars.
